My wife and I celebrated her birthday with a weekend getaway at this incredible hotel, and it was truly amazing. I upgraded to an ocean view room, and it was worth every penny! Our patio had a fire pit where we relaxed, watched the sunset, and enjoyed the surfers by the pier. Stepping right out onto the beach was a huge plus. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding. What more could you ask for?

To top it off, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne for my wife's birthday. They even went above and beyond by charging my EV car while we were out, without me even asking! This level of service and attention to detail is what makes this a 5-star hotel in my book. Highly recommended!!!

We rolled in unexpectedly and the team here made our night. Our check in was exceptional. Our check in host was full of great info about where to go and what to do based our interests. Our room was clean, beautifully appointed, large and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vespera Resort! The location is absolutely spectacular but the staff are what really took it that extra notch to being an extraordinary and special trip!

In every interaction, the staff was incredibly professional, warm and welcoming. In particular, Aidan stood out with his extremely personable demeanor, attentiveness to detail, and genuine determination to go the extra mile for with family requests.

The room was very clean and very well maintained with finishes that look basically like new. The views are amazing! The proximity to the ocean gives it a bit of magic, and the amenities cover everything you could need!

After our visit in July, we couldn’t wait to return to Vespera for my birthday trip this past week. As new Marriott members, we couldn’t be happier with our experience here! It’s rare to find a hotel that feels like a true home away from home, but Vespera has done just that. The cleanliness, top-notch amenities, beach gear, and exceptionally friendly staff made our stay perfect in every way.

A special shoutout to Tia at the front desk! Seeing her bright smile when we checked in was such a warm welcome, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful room. Her dedication to customer service is truly impressive, making our experience even more memorable.

Enjoyed 5 nights at this oceanfront hotel. By oceanfront, I mean that the hotel sits literally on the beach and you don't have to walk across the street. Our daily routine: Wake up to the sound of the waves, take a 3-mile breathtaking walk on the beach, walk a convenient 2 blocks into town and eat brunch, go back to the room and rest, walk into town again to eat savory clam chowder and a variety of seafood, enjoy the dramatic sunset, then in the quiet evening, relax in the pool and jacuzzi.

Thanks to Devon who made sure we were well-cared for, attentive Aiden at the front desk, Gabriel at the pool, and Jose at the valet.

Hotel staff was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We look forward to our next vacation at the Vespera.

This is an awesome property and I had one of the most enjoyable times of my life staying here. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The Gym Was awesome. The location of the hotel could not be better. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower which there really isn't much water pressure and I like a nice strong shower stream but I understand everyone is trying to conserve water besides that everything was great. The food at the hotel restaurant is also really good. I was here for a wedding and it was just a top shelf first class experience. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. I cannot say enough about this property and the town of Pismo Beach. It was just an awesome, awesome experience. Thanks!

We had our second exceptional visit here with our grandchildren. They strive to make your visit stress free. We received exceptional service from all the employees.The hotel and grounds are very attractive. We especially love the easy access to boardwalk and beach. It is easy to grab a bite to eat at the pool, outdoor patio or at the restaurant. The hotel offers umbrellas, sand toys and chairs for use at the beach. We also noticed that they offer electric bikes. In the evening, we enjoyed a hot chocolate around the gas fire pits. My grandkids already asked if we could go back next summer.
