I cannot recommend Vesh enough! We went with them as our wedding caterer and received so many compliments about how amazing the food was and how great the staff were. The whole experience from the tasting to the wedding day was executed so well.

The cocktail hour food was so fresh. We had the coconut shrimp, mini beef Wellington pasties and spinach dip. The buffet food was just as amazing. We had chicken penne vodka, beef tenderloin carving station, carrots and au gratin potatoes.

This was one of the best experiences my guests and I had in a long time. It all starts from the owners Chef Mark and Patty Vesh...they know hospitality and it shows in everything they do. The staff and food were amazing and my guests raved about it all night. Also, thanks to my event planner Charisse Anderson for all her hard work. My wedding was April 22 of 2023 and people are still talking about our food, the best part is nobody picked one thing as their favorite…. They loved our whole menu! What was brought to our attention the most was the Maryland Mini Crabcake appetizer, chicken Marcella pasta and the honey carrots. At the wedding I had people coming up to my table, telling me how much they enjoyed their meals and future brides have texted me, asking me for their information. Their customer service was great. There were a couple hiccups along the way as that happens with wedding planning, but Vesh was right there to accommodate and was extremely fair.
As for the day of the wedding, Vesh’s service was extremely professional and their Uniforms matched. They made sure the groom and I had our food ready and it was hot and even saved us some of our appetizers. I’m still dreaming of those crabcakes. I can confidently say my tasting matched what they served us on our wedding day maybe it was even better! I’ll be looking into using vesh for my future events.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Vesh Catering, especially Hailey and Patty, and the Chef….. our experience was just incredible with their service. Hailey is just the epitome of an event host and truly understands how to treat a client. She went above and beyond to be kind, helpful, accommodating, and to do whatever we needed. We did not need a big fancy formal event…. Just a simple space for a birthday party, but their service just exceeded our expectations, and the food was AMAZING. We had plenty to take home… which Hailey even packed up for us in trays while the kids were dancing the night away. So so glad we found this hidden gem of a venue in our area. We will be having another event here in two weeks and I’m so excited. Truly. Thank you VESH Catering!!

I really recommend Vesh Catering! I recently had a Food and Wine festival event and let me tell you! They were PHENOMENAL!!! My event took place outside under a tent and I had lights and looked very nice! Vesh Catering topped it off with tabletops with spandex linen, table center pieces and had their employees dressed very well! The food was so amazing! The bacon wrapped chestnuts were a huge hit! What can I say! Vesh Catering was very professional and the food came out with great presentation and was kept hot! Thank you so much!! I loved them so much I booked them for two more events and I know I have more to come! I will see you guy's at my Veterans Day Brunch and Christmas Party!

I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed we were with Vesh Catering which catered for our recent work Christmas party. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the food was absolutely fantastic!

The catering team was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly.

The spread was diverse and beautifully presented, with a variety of savory and sweet options that suited everyone's tastes. The hot dishes were served at the perfect temperature, and the cold items were fresh and flavorful. A personal highlight was the festive dessert table with a chocolate fountain, which had a great selection of seasonal treats that left everyone raving.

The service staff were friendly, efficient, and always available when needed, but never intrusive. They made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the event, from replenishing food to keeping the drinks flowing.

Overall, the Vesh Catering exceeded our expectations and helped make the party a huge success. We received so many compliments from our members, and we'd definitely recommend them for any future events. A big thank you to the team for making our Christmas party memorable! All the people at 4 & Co coworking was raving how good everything was.

Vesh Catering is the best! They came to our home in New Port Richey to cater our wedding for 110 people and the food and service were absolutely amazing. They had a full staff and the food was so full of flavor! The servers were amazing and they cleaned everything before leaving at the end of the evening. I recommend them to anyone!
