Justin & John, at the Ware location, were fantastic at helping me upgrade my Apple 10 to an Apple 16 phone on March 13 & 14. Great customer service!!! They also were extremely helpful in transferring/porting my old number to my new phone, transferring my data, showing me options, canceling my old carrier and helping me set up my new carrier (Verizon). Very much appreciated all their hard word!! THANK YOU for a job well done!

Honestly, sometimes I go into a Verizon place and it feels sheisty. I've been using this place for a wicked long time. Idk who I worked with today. Might have been the manager. Idk. I think it was. He was a real good guy. A decent dude. You can tell. He's helped me like twice before, maybe. He was honest and helped me figure out that there was compacted pocket schmutz in the charging port of my phone.

I was, clearly, not vigorous enough in my own attempts to clean it out. Shouldn't these things be kinda fragile? It's all circuitry and it's hidden.

Nah. Dude fixed it up and it charges normally and not at a weird 30 degree angle and the adjacent surface has to press right where the cord meets the charging head. That was stressful. Haha.

I bought my new phone with John and the guy was so nice and extremely helpful. He made the process quick, easy, and friendly. Two weeks later we went in because my wife’s phone needed help setting up and Justin helped us. He was great as well, very nice and had us in and out in just a few minutes. We will definitely be back.
