When I was looking for a place to have my brother's birthday party, I needed something that had just the right amount of space, cleanliness, and affordable. I booked the Northside Venue 98 in Lakeland. We had an Awesome time. Then, after that I booked it 3 more times. Definitely will recommend it to anyone!

I booked this venue for a high school graduation in July 2021 and I had a wonderful experience with the venue and owners. The venue was available from 8 AM - 12 PM allowing us enough time to decorate and prep. The price was within our budget and they provided chairs and round tables. The owner, Pamela, was very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this venue for small events (around 100 guests) to anyone inLakeland, FL. There are two bathrooms.. one with a baby changing station which is great. The dumpster was located right outside the door making cleaning up easy. I would recommend providing some type of cleaning supplies (PineSol or Fabuloso) as I assumed the venue would have some. Luckily, i live 3 minutes from the location and was able to drive home to pick up my Fabuloso to clean the floors.

Don't trust this Venue we had a party plan everything was going well we had the cake order food was order and being catering less than 24 HR the venue tell us that they are cancelling the event they would not give us a reason why and they refuse to refund back the money that was paid for the venue even though they were the ones who cancelled less than 24 hr before the party.

This place is very spacious and clean. Owners are friendly and very accommodating. Prices are affordable and they offer decor in some of their packages. Highly recommend booking here.
