Technician showed up 2 hours late. I never received what was advertised on the internet, no video, or filter change. When I checked the main duct work it didn't seem to be that clean. Technician only had a 4" duct brush, a compressor and a shop vacuum for equipment.

Showed up on time, Mark the tech was very nice and knowledgeable and pointed out some things I needed to be aware of. There were not items Vently could do so it wasnt like he was trying to up sell me. Did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing the vents. Overall an excellent service and experience.

I was annoyed by a problem during install of a vent that one of their tech did but their customer service is responsive and fixed my problem. They seem to be reasonably priced too compared to other companies.

The job was professionally done. Great follow up in getting the appointment set, tech was on time and extremely personable. Very nice guy. He explained the process, showed me pictures of the vents, so I knew what he was going to do, and then cleaned up everything and left absolutely zero mess. 10/10 I would use again.

They were quick to schedule and provide an accurate quote. Their long distance travel fees are the most reasonable I have seen. Dru, the on-site tech was fantastic!!!! Respectful of our home, talked us through the process and was very efficient.
