Sierra and her team are truly amazing. I am SO happy we went with Sierra to plan our wedding! Sierra walked me through the whole wedding planning process and went above and beyond to help me and make me feel confident with planning the most important day of my life.

Sierra’s recommendations for vendors were ON POINT. Our dj, photographer, caterer, and bakery were all PERFECT - all recommendations from Sierra. Sierra coordinated all of the vendors, including makeup and hair, and made sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day.

The day after the wedding, Sierra made sure we had nothing to worry about and finished any remaining communication with vendors so my husband and I could enjoy the first day of our married life with no stress.

Mary was our day-of coordinator and also walked us through our rehearsal. Mary worked with the DJ to make sure our ceremony was perfect down to seconds of timing so the processional songs were perfect. She was the perfect “right hand girl” to have by my side all day. Thank you Sierra and Mary. You were truly a gift to us and we are so grateful for all your hard work!

Planning a wedding will never be “easy”, but Sierra makes it as close to easy as we could have ever hoped for. Not only was her pre-wedding planning incredibly helpful with her checklists, inspiration, and vendor recommendations, but on the day of, she kept everything running perfectly smooth. I CANNOT recommend Sierra enough. We did the month of package, and she becomes like your best friend. She answered all my last minute questions, dealt with my stress, and memorized every detail we wanted. Wedding day I hardly knew what she was doing, she just took my vision and ran with it. Everything was perfect, the timeline she created and executed was perfect, I had the perfect wedding day thanks to Sierra. I had random guests coming up to me after the wedding saying how wonderful she was. Months later my mother still talks about how amazing she was at running the day.

Sierra was lovely to work with and “went with the flow” on our wedding day which was exactly what we were looking for in our vendors! I planned my own wedding but knew I needed someone to help make it all come to life and Sierra was perfect for the job. Our goal was to have our wedding be unconventional, fun and casual (in a bowling alley) and we knew we needed someone willing to work outside the box, and she was the right fit!! She is enthusiastic, has great attention to detail and clearly cares a ton about the work she does. She was great at communicating with all of our vendors and keeping things rolling and on schedule. When it started to TORRENTIAL down pour right before our ceremony, Sierra helped us swiftly change gears and move our ceremony inside. I will always remember her pulling up to our ceremony site and us hysterically laughing through the window on our phones (because let’s face it, it was my decision to go with the outdoor ceremony even with a grim looking forecast). It was chaotic and she rolled with the punches and had a great attitude!!! We super appreciated all her hard work and had the best day ever!!!!!

We hired Sierra with her month of planning package, and it was one of the best decisions we made during the planning process. We had our major vendors booked and had a grasp on how the day would go, but the logistics of setting up is what started our search for a day of coordinator. Sierra’s month of package ended up being perfect. I didn’t think we would need as much guidance as we did, but having Sierra to work though everything with truly made our final month of engagement go so smoothly. She asked questions on items that we never would have thought of ourselves, and helped create an extremely thorough timeline of the day for all of the vendors to refer to. Our day played out perfectly. If there were any hiccups, they were handled behind the scenes because we didn’t notice anything!
