Super easy to book. I loved receiving a confirmation email the day before both trips to ensure reliability. Showed up perfectly on time. Van was large enough for all 7 of us with our luggage (and we installed a car seat). Clean vans. Very friendly drivers.

We used Valley Transporter for wedding transportation at our June wedding in Amherst, specifically to shuttle guests to and from our after party, and they were phenomenal to work with. Coordination was seamless leading up to our wedding and they were prompt and courteous on the day. We used 3 of their vans and felt that our guests never had to wait for a ride. Highly recommend!!

Coming back from MA, and I am so pleased with the quality of their service. It was easy to call and book. Every person I talked to on the phone was very friendly. They follow up.

I would highly recommend Valley Transporter for transportation needs! I booked Valley Transporter this past August for our wedding to transport our wedding parties and I was incredibly happy with the service. Excellent service from home to Logan airport. They judged perfectly how long it would take and got us there in calm and comfort. Jay was an excellent driver and friendly. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that they’re a little expensive. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone not on a limited budget. Otherwise better to try to figure out how to use busses or drive to Framingham and take airport bus from there or to the train station up by Route 2 somewhere.
