The agent tried to scam me. I was quoted a price and when the agent contacted me to finish booking, was told the flights were overbooked and I would need to pay more due to needing to be booked on different flights. She then try to book me on the exact same flights for nearly double the price! Then when told her to cancel, she tries to tell me there will be a $70 cancelation charge for a flight that was never booked! Needless to say I told Cynthia Wilson that if any charges were billed to my card, I would report her to the BBB and report the charges as fraud. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Having the hardest time in the world to get a receipt for proof of sale. It seems this company is either a scam, or they are doing something very shady and do not want to offer up any kind of proof of sale. I have contacted their co-owner by the name of Rudy Birnbach, he told me it would get resolved, Now I am unable to contact him and he is ignoring emails, phone calls, and any other way I have tried to contact them. I was lied to about a receipt “being generated” and will take 24 hours. Then they told me 2 hours twice in 2 differennt phpne calls. I hope this issue is resolved but it seems like this business is a scam. Going to have to get leadership involved in this case. If you can avoid this company, 100% do it.
