I was very surprised when I was contacted so soon after I called to get an idea of what the rates are for the taxi to go to an eye appointment..my motorcycle was totalled in an accident I was in and my wife was going to an appointment also...my ride finally got to my house to take me eventually.. but you can bet the next time I need a taxi USA will be my first call... just the quick response from them calling me back won me over Thank You!!!

I'm leaving this review because the experience I had with this company has been unprofessional and extremely discouraging. I hope it saves someone else the trouble.

TL/DR:
I have called a few times and been given the run around by two employees for over a week. It has been impossible to get a receipt for a cash transaction that I was pressured into making. I need a valid receipt, not a blank business card that's not filled out.

It doesn't look good at this point. I do not recommend this service if you want to work with a legitimate business and/or need to track your expenses for work.

⭐ I left 1 star because the driver showed up on time, and calling to schedule a ride was easy and straightforward.

When I got into the taxi, the driver immediately asked me "So do you have the cash?"

I was confused and taken aback because I read that they accepted credit cards, debit, and cash. It was also off-putting the way that he asked me.

I was getting a ride to the airport for a work trip, so I assumed that I could swipe my card in the taxi to track my expenses for reimbursement. This isn't their problem, but it's typically easy to get a receipt at the end of a business transaction.

Not when working with this company.

The driver insisted upon driving me to an ATM to get cash, or pay him via CashApp. Both of these scenarios made me extremely uncomfortable, but I felt like I was literally being held hostage because I was already in the taxi.

I later found out that my driver's name was "Tony".

When I got the cash from and ATM and paid him, he handed me a business card with the name "Venza" on it and no further information.

After my dropoff, I realized he didn't offer a receipt or slip to show the transaction even happened.

To date, I've been given the run around since my ride over a week ago. I've called and spoken with two people, and they said they'd send me something via email. I offered for them to even text me a receipt, just to prove to my job that I took a taxi to the airport with them.

They clearly have a record of the transaction somewhere, but they are unwilling to send it. My experience with this company felt shady, and I wouldn't recommend them at this point.

***If the owner sees this, I would appreciate a call to discuss how I can obtain a copy of my receipt for the ride I took last week. Thank you.

If I could give John 10 stars I would! Our Lyft driver was a no show - and no other replacement drivers could be found. They were the first people I called and were so friendly and helpful and professional! Got us to our early morning flight with time to spare. Thank you so much!!

I'm not one to write reviews but the experience was a great one. I needed a taxi and called USA. They arrived pretty fast and I had the pleasure to ride with Tony which was great the ride was not silent and boring. thank you Tony for restoring my faith in taxis again

Tony is the man! Drove me all around Florida when I my vehicle broke down! You would be silly to use anyone else as taxi service around Lake City ! Thanks USA taxi! Great service , price , and first class ambience!

If you want to get around in a clean vehicle this is the best company to call. Tony picked us up on time, gave us helpful information about the area and where to eat. Great guy!
