Great place for family fun! My son absolutely loves this place and all of the workers know him by name. I think people forget that for many of the employees here, they are just teenagers and it’s a first job for them. They are learning how to be productive adults and learn their way around the workforce. As far as doing flips, this is an Urban Air Policy. Even though it may be a bummer, it’s in place for the safety of everyone who comes to jump at Urban Air, and it is a completely reasonable policy to abide by. I completely recommend Urban Air to anyone who wants a fun, family friendly environment to spend the day at

Craig and Tina did an amazing job handling our School Spirit Night. They accommodated every need and request and handled the night with such enthusiasm and grace. We will definitely consider hosting another Spirit Night again and highly recommend.

Fun and gets the job done. I bring the kids out every here and again using the monthly pass.

Better seating would be nice, but I understand that they're trying to push people to use the comfortable massage chairs so you pay more. The real problem is that people sit in those chairs and, when they don't pay, it triggers a loud alarm that's absurdly obnoxious. It's constant and doesn't stop until the person moves.

I don't blame staff for not forcing rude people out of the chairs since they'd be doing it all day everyday and have irate encounters. I just wish it wasn't so annoying for everyone else.

So I took my daughter here for her 8th birthday. I was a little skeptical if I would be able to play with her and when I say the park was sooo fun for her and I. It was such a joyous feeling seeing other parents in the ball pit with their kids and on the trampolines. This place truly allows you and your kid to have fun together. It felt really fun to not just watch from the sidelines and for my daughter to know I could join in on the activities with her. We will definitely be back as she already asked if we could go next weekend ?. I really wish I knew the name of the guy who checked us in, he answered all my questions and was sooo nice. Whoever worked 10/20! At around 5 pm cst needs a raise!

My grandson's birthday was hosted here. We had such a sweet lady that helped us with the party. She had an amazing bubbly personality. The layout of the facility is really nice. My only qualm is it could be much cleaner. The carpet was gross and the ball pit balls, some had mold on them.

Booked a private room for a 4yo birthday party and would highly recommend choosing any other place , especially for the price you pay and what “quality” you receive.

Our party was booked for 5pm, and we walked into an empty gray “facility-feel” room at 5:10pm. I asked the host about the balloons and she immediately got an attitude. We paid for the balloons. If I knew there will be no balloons I’d have made sure to bring them myself , but when you pay for something you obviously expect it to be ready upon arrival?
Our host (I believe her name was Sugar) not only blew up 3 balloons ONLY while we watched her sit on her phone for most of the time while the kids played, but she also made everyone around feel uncomfortable with her energy and attitude. When I brought this up to the manager, I was told we weren’t the first to complain & that they are about to terminate this person - how can you still allow someone who clearly has no courtesy nor desire to host a party to be put out for such role?

Those 3 balloons felt like a joke

11 am to 9 pm, my family showed up at 1:30 pm. All attractions except a few trampolines and a ball pit were closed. The front counter informed us that most of their employees are in the 14 to 17 years of age. From 11 am to 4PM is home school hours, and they don't have any staff till after 4 pm if they even show up. She doesn't have any control over this. It is corporate, and the young employees' fault is her exact words. Also informed that even if I came back at 4 pm, there is no guarantee that there will be enough people to open more than one attraction at a time.
I understand employee shortage, but if you can not open completely at least reflect it in some form or fashion so that your patrons can make a decision before they arrive at location with children expecting a fun experience and instead they just leave. 26 dollars for dark trampolines and a ball pit. The front counter lady also confirmed that the employee that tipped himself 77 dollars from a previous reviewing patron has been fired. At least that will get this establishment a single star.

This place sucks. They changed it a lot you can't do any flips. I saw that lots of regulars aren't showing up as much or at at all I don't know if that has to do with that or their own problems. They've changed their rules. You can't flip, record/pictures, they took the lockers out, you are only aloud to wear the urban air socks and not just any grippy socks. They bathrooms are not clean what so ever and at the one I was large parts of the floor was missing and there was toilet paper all over the floor and the floors were really dirty and what looked like pee on the floors as well. They care more about people not doing flips then anything else. There are supposed to be people following behind kids in the obstacle course in the air in case some one stuck or wtv but there wasn't any workers up there. Just the ones at the bottom to help with harness. Also at the rock climbing they are supposed to demonstrate how to begin on the rock wall and the workers did not. There is also height limits almost everywhere. There's way more I could write about to. They advertise urban air being adventures but we can be adventures? I also wanna say that on their sign there is a kid doing a flip and I wish I thought about taking pictures but I was just so shocked at how unfun this place got. There is also only teenagers working there. No adults everybody was under 20
