The new location in Redwood City is incredible—bigger space, new equipment, and the same fire that makes this gym special. If you’re looking for a gym that truly cares about its members and delivers results, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Undisputed Gym and my personal trainer, Alexa Tafralis. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming and genuine. The receptionists greet you with such warmth, and all the trainers are incredibly kind and encouraging. This isn’t one of those gyms where you feel out of place—there’s no pretentiousness, no fancy clothes, and no over-the-top vibes. It’s full of real, down-to-earth people who genuinely want to see you succeed.

The gym itself is immaculate, and the environment feels so positive and inspiring. I hadn’t worked out in years and am out of shape but thanks to Alexa’s guidance, I’m improving every single day. Alexa is beyond amazing—she’s knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in her clients' progress. She makes me feel confident and capable, which is something I’ve never experienced before.

I’ve never loved going to a gym this much, and that says a lot! For anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and supportive environment to improve their health, I can’t recommend Undisputed Gym and Alexa enough. This place has truly changed my perspective on working out, and I’m so grateful to be part of this community!

I just started Undisputed and absolutely love it! I feel like I get my butt kicked every single day. My clothes get soaked with sweat and im dripping sweat during the classes. Ive interacted with Jonathan and Drew at the Front Desk and they've been super helpful and supportive. The main coaches I've dealt with are Miles and Will, they are fantastic and give me constructive feedback on how ai can improve. Im excited to meet the rest of the team there. My peers working out are great too, its a wonderful feeling of community. Thank you all, I'm looking forward to more workouts. Shout out to Stan M., I saw him on social media and he is one of the reasons I thought to join this gym. Thank you again for creating a fun place to work out that's inviting to noobs like me.

This is the first time in my life I actually look forward to working out! The workouts are always challenging and never easy; they really push you to get better with every session. The mental, in addition to the physical benefits, are incredible - I've noticed improvements in focus, resilience, and stress relief. Wow, EVERYONE MUST Visit this place, we did the 1hr workout, it was amazingly intense.

It was super clean....I mean like SUPER clean, even the bathrooms, go here to get fit boxing style with heart pumping music so you push past the pain. We LOVED IT!!!!!

Glad that I found this gym! It's a hidden gem located in industrial area. But I especially love that there're plenty of parking spots in the lot! This is totally different from other boutique gyms in downtown areas.

Got a nice solid 60-min workout there, friendly coach and spacious gym for sure. Also found it nice to have the bag and bench placed together, so we don't have to move back and force to different spots during classes.
