A super fun place for kids, families and parties. Trampolines fill up the floors and walls for those who want to try and touch the rafters, play some dodge-ball or knock each other over onto giant air bags with pugil sticks. For those who opt out of the bouncing there are a few relaxation stations set with massage chairs as well as an arcade. An in house snack shack offers pizza, pretzels, burgers, and other treats and drinks.

I’ve been purchasing gift certificates from Ultimate Air Trampoline Park for my nieces and nephews, and they absolutely love going! As someone who lives out of state, the process of buying gift cards online has always been smooth. In all the years I’ve been purchasing, I only had one minor issue, and Angie, the manager, was extremely helpful in resolving it. She even followed up to ensure I was satisfied and that my family received the gift card. The assistant manager (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) was equally helpful. I highly recommend Ultimate Air, especially if you’re purchasing gift certificates for loved ones!

“Toddler Time” is perfect for the young ones. Not too crowded. Kids all around the same age. Such a fun challenging place for the young ones. Balance Skills - Jumping Skills - Great Exercise!!! This is a fun outing and even a great place to just sit comfortably and watch the kids play. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Snacks and Drinks. Price is fair. Totally and Highly Recommend this outing for all!!!

kids love it. Been twice this year. As u can see there is places for you to set while your kids play if you don't jump. You can't wear your on socks you have to buy sum from them. Few video games. Is a little pricey for my blood to go vary often. But like I said the kids love and it wrars them down.. lol.

Always a blast at Ultimate Air in Jonesboro. My son is a huge fan. Today he had a field trip there and they all seemed to have a wonderful time. The staff is great and friendly. Tons of fun activities. Great activity for exercise to get the kids away from gaming and TV.

The kids had an amazing time, the setup they have for parents/guardians is great it's comfortable and relaxing so while the kids wear themselves out you can kick back and be comfortable while watching them have fun. Their prices aren't ridiculous and they are super friendly! I would definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a day out of the house that won't hurt the wallet.

For $300 there are better places. You pay to not get all access. Half of the things to do were not available or shut down. What is the point of a trampoline without flipping, bouncing, and jumping. You're not allowed to do half of those things. Do better Ultimate Air.
