Horrible experience. If you want a cleaning service where you can barely tell they cleaned and be told that her staff is waiting around because your husband is still sleeping at 8 am this is the service for you. Yes I was told that her staff can not clean the rest of my 3,000 sq foot home until my master bathroom was cleaned…. Constantly changing my time for cleaning. Then I was told I am not flexible. Also if she has a client cancel before your appointment you have to change your time because she can’t have her staff not working. I felt like I was working for her in my own home. Definitely not the cleaning service for me. I hope this warns other what type of business this women runs.
