She really takes the time to get to know her couples and guide them through the design and planning process. The result is a wedding that feels tailored to them and their personalities. Two Be Wed

I will start by saying that the bride and her attendants all loved their experience with Lauren at Two Be Wed. I will follow that by saying the positive experience did not extend to me as MOG or as the person paying the bills. The requests I made (flower preservation, last-minute printing, and changes to the shuttle bus company) were met at a minimum standard or were ignored – which, unfortunately, by the end of the evening had begun to feel intentional.

Bridal and attendant bouquets were not placed in water and only one spray from the reception made it “home” after the celebrations. We ended up with extra charges to buy replacement flowers to be preserved. Last-minute, week-of drama resulted in bridal tears and interrupted sleep when a last-minute printing of the program led to the graphic file being (incorrectly) determined to be of insufficient quality, rather than sending the file to the printer for them to judge to suitability of the file. When another last-minute change in the shuttle bus company was needed, the schedule put into the contract did not actually allow for “shuttle” service – only one departure time at the end of the evening, resulting in guests being stranded for a significant amount of time while Lauren authorized a change (since my authorization was not sufficient.)

Separate from my interactions/requests for Lauren, the timeline for the day was off. Guests were left standing outside of the reception venue because the wedding mass finished ahead of schedule and some our guests arrived early at the venue. This was doubly unfortunate because the a/c was not properly functioning inside The Astorian. And, I hate that no one came to find me for the "big" reception events like the cake cutting.

Overall, the services provided resulted in reduced stress for the bride and her attendants, even if that was not the case the others involved in the wedding preparations and the big day.

Natalie of Two Be Wed made our wedding experience absolutely perfect. I really appreciate how understanding and patient she was with us. She was always ready to listen to our thoughts and changes, and was always supportive. She was always very attentive and quickly responded to our emails, texts and phone calls. Having her as a coordinator made things so much easier and we couldn't have done it without her. Most brides probably would have freaked out at the fact that it was POURING rain, we had usual Friday traffic, some roads were shut down because President Obama was in town, the Rodeo was causing additional traffic, and of course other small things here and there that caused us to start late and move the ceremony indoors. Thankfully, I had so much confidence in Natalie and her coordination that I knew everything would work out just fine, and it did. The indoor ceremony turned out beautiful. The floral arrangements, linens, and the picture frames we used were all her creative ideas and made our wedding look so elegant! We didn't have an ounce of worry on our day and were able to just enjoy ourselves! We are so thankful for everything she did in making our wedding day flawless and unforgettable! I highly recommend Natalie and Two Be Wed to any newly engaged couple!

Two Be Wed killed it last month at our wedding. We literally felt no pressure at all in the weeks just before the big day. My wife and I both know wedding planners who don't actually don't even like people... Makes no sense... BUT Natalie and her team genuinely enjoy the engagement process! Ashley Joseph with Two Be Wed was our day-of coordinator for our wedding. She is AMAZING. We had to post-pone our wedding due to the pandemic, and Ashley was totally understandable about that.

When we were finally able to meet up with Ashley, we were so stressed with the amount of work we had left to plan, but Ashley was super easy and calm to talk to, it washed our worries away. Even though we chose the day-of package, it included so much more beyond being the point-person on the day-of (helped coordinate pick up of our decorations and put together our favors). Ashley was truly instrumental leading up to the event as she also took the reins and was our point-of-contact for our vendors.

Her expertise is top tier and she really understood us and crafted the perfect timeline for us.

On the day of our wedding, she and Brianne set up everything flawlessly and made sure we were on schedule. Brianne was so lovely and in tune with everything at the wedding. They both made sure we were taken care of and far exceeded anything we could have imagined for our wedding!

Clean up was also super fast as well, it was unbelievable!

Truly we had the most magical night thanks to Ashley, Brianne and TBW!

As someone who does pay attention and who feels very empathetically towards my clients, it is so refreshing to see her heart and intention in everything she manages - from differing personalities and stressors on a wedding day to caring for tender moments. Her talent is in the nuance, finding the balance between maintaining a schedule while unfolding a beautiful aesthetic and keeping the day genuine. Wow! Choosing to work with TwoBeWed and Danyett Baxter was the best decision we could have made during the planning process.
