I started planning my wedding at the Grand 721 back in August of 2023 for Aug of 2024, I met with Karen initially and absolutely loved her vibe and hearing about what Truly Yours had to offer. I was impressed but I initially decided not to book just yet as our venue came with a month of coordinator. Let's just say come December I knew I was going to need way more help than I originally thought, I reached back out to Truly Yours and I booked. I was assigned Ileana as my coordinator and I couldn't be happier with her. She was sooo kind and organized and made sure to keep me on track during the whole process. When I had some bumps with some of my vendors Ileana jumped in took charge and made my dream wedding come true. The day of turned out way better than I imagined and Ana was there day of as well, she was great! Any unforeseen emergency was handled with so much professionalism and grace, this team truly rocks! Without them I for sure would have suffered from wedding planning hair loss! lol

Do yourself a favor and hire the Truly Yours team!!!! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jeannie. She was THE BEST!!! She brought the best energy and organization. She helped me for the 3 months before my wedding and on my wedding day. Every question was answered, every task I asked her to do was completed. She organized everything for me. Not to mention on my actual wedding day, I knew nothing of what was going on lol. She handled EVERYTHING! I honestly just enjoyed the most perfect day.

Hiring a coordinator was the best thing I did for my sanity and for my wedding day. I got so many compliments on how smooth the day went. And when I look back, I honestly cannot name one hiccup. Jeannie is thoughtful, reliable, and absolutely amazing. I trusted her completely and she most certainly did not disappoint. I without a doubt would recommend Truly Yours to anyone and everyone!!!

We got engaged in 2023 and booked our venue (The Black Barn) in September of that year. I saw we needed a coordinator and was nervous because I was unsure of how the process would go. I never had a need to worry because this team was EVERYTHING!
Ana was amazing and answered every silly or big question I had, reassured me I was doing great, and checked in with us frequently. I cannot express how much weight was taken off my shoulders just knowing they were there.
Even day of, when things inevitably didn't go according to plan, Ana and the team were on top of it.

Truly Yours will forever have a piece of my heart. They are a very professional group of ladies, but more than that, they put their heart in everything they do. Leading up to the wedding, we had a few meetings and my husband and I were in awe because they would think of EVERYTHING, many things which we had not yet contemplated.

Our wedding day was truly magical, I did not worry about one single thing because the coordinators took care of it all. Iliana was so sweet and caring, and made sure the wedding day went smoothly. Working with Truly Yours was the best decision I made for our wedding. We decided to get married at our home, so coordination and organization were everything. There were SO MANY little details that I would have overlooked if it weren't for their direction and guidance.

I worked directly with Karen and it was truly a match made in Heaven. It was apparent that Karen would not only be my #1 hype girl, but she was direct and took charge and was not afraid to tell people what to do (in a nice way of course). Hiring this team was immediate after our interview. And let me tell you, I interviewed a lot of different agencies. The way they cared about myself, my husband and our vision stood out beyond the rest -- and not to mention Karen's energy was electric and I knew I'd need that on my big day! Truly Yours is an amazing team! We had the pleasure of working with Karen on our wedding day. From the start, Karen was responsive and helpful with any question we had. We booked day-of coordination only, but throughout the year, the team always sent checklists to make sure we stayed on track with planning.

Another thing I really appreciated was the transparency on the website. When I was trying to find a coordinator, I found it so frustrating to have to fill out 'contact information' forms just to find the pricing and services. With Truly Yours, everything is transparent.

On the wedding day, Karen was super prepared and knew exactly how to turn our vision into a reality. I was not stressed at all on my wedding day and I owe that to the Truly Yours team. Truly Yours went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day ran smooth and seamless. We did not have to stress one bit the day of our wedding. We had a huge wedding party, 12 bridesmaids and 12 groomsmen and 150 guests. Truly did an exceptional job running the show behind the scenes! The rehearsal took place the day before our wedding and that was so helpful for our wedding party to understand the run down. Karen did an amazing job staying organized and running the rehearsal.
Leading up to our wedding, they sent us checklist and to-do lists to ensure we didn’t fall behind on our planning. This was incredibly helpful. They reached out to our vendors for us to make sure everyone was on the same page. This took a lot of stress off of us.
When we finally met Jeannie and Karen in person we clicked immediately. They are both so sweet, fun, and professional. Not to mention beautiful on the outside and inside. They were on time for all meetings we had to do 90 days before the wedding. They were adaptable to all requests we had.
We could not have had the wedding of our DREAMS if it wasn’t for their help. We are truly so thankful for them!

She ensured my vision was brought to life and she was so kind and organized throughout the day. My day would not have been so perfect without their team.
