Tricia and her team were so amazing!!! Tricia was very personable and answered all my questions starting from our initial call. She helped us get organized and made sure she understood what we wanted out of our wedding day.
On the day of, Tricia and her team did a phenomenal job setting up our decoration, keeping us on time, and helping us pack up at the end of the night. Even with the decision to move our ceremony inside due to weather, Tricia was able to smooth everything out. I had extra decorations and asked Tricia to put them out as she saw fit and the whole wedding turned out so beautifully. We truly could not have had the amazing night we did without Tricia!

Our wedding was seamless and that’s largely (if not entirely) because of Tricia and her team. We booked her to handle all of our day of/month of coordinating, but she was so easily available to help our entire engagement. Prior to the ceremony, her assistant Sarah came to our getting ready location first thing in the AM to gently keep us on track and stayed with me the entire day. She was seriously a dream come true and tended to my every need (something I didn’t even realize I wanted or needed but kept me at such ease). Tricia handled everything else, also making sure my husband and I were always taken care of. Every detail of my overly-detailed wedding was brought to fruition better than I hoped. She even helped me cut my dress when it kept snagging on things. I had no idea there were any issues or that anything had gone “wrong” because Tricia handled each thing without us having to deal with it. I was shocked after the fact when I heard of little things happening like vendors running out of supplies/etc. The day was absolutely stress free for my husband and I and everything we ever asked for was granted. I truly can’t express my gratitude enough for Tricia and Sarah. 1000% worth hiring her for your day.

My husband and I got married 11/1/24 at Hart & Main in Santa Clarita and the day was perfect. I can't speak highly enough of Tricia Dahlgren events! Melissa, was our coordinator and she went above & beyond. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. She was always available during the planning process and was crucial to our wedding day. She kept us on schedule, executed my vision perfectly, was attentive and caring. She truly made our day so special. I highly recommend!

Tricia and her team were excellent! I booked Tricia later on to help with logistics and coordination 2 months out from our wedding and she made sure all the vendors got all the info they needed and all the venue paperwork and floorplans were locked for the event. My husband andI got married at the Ebell Los Angeles, a historic venue that loves Tricia and her team. Day of, I barely had to worry about anything! The wedding ran so smooth and her team was incredibly attentive and respectful. I couldn't recommend her enough!

My wife and I worked with Tiffany as our day of coordinator and we couldn’t have been happier with how the day turned out. Tiffany kept everything on track and didn’t miss a step working with both of our families. Through the weeks of planning leading up to our wedding Tiffany was attentive and quickly got back to our emails whenever we had a question or thought for the wedding even if it was late at night. We could not have done it and had one of the most memorable days of our lives if she wasn’t helping to make it exactly what we had dreamed of.

Tricia and her team were a blessing to work with. She knew my budget and got the job done. I really felt like i had my own secret service throughout the whole day. We opted for the day of and 3 months before wedding package and that was perfect for our budget. Tricia also had included unlimited email correspondence which helped so much with the million questions i had. Her team made the night go so smooth and seamless. If there was an issue, i didnt know about it! I highly recommend hiring tricia and her team if you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator. My #1 piece of advice when i started my planning was hire a coordinator.
