I definitely wouldn't invite any friends to go and race go carts.. They have 2 maybe 3 decently fast ones and the rest are slow. I quit half way thru my turn because I was lapped 4 times by 3 different people. It wasn't enjoyable. My son was placed in car #5 which was horrible he was so miserable. There's a video in my review. It was smoking and sputtering. The whole place itself is ok. We had a baby with us who was ready to go home. The lines were long not much help so waited an extended amount of time for certain activities. Couldn't get a refund on unused rides. The ropes course I was very pleased with and had a great time. A lady at TRex was rude to my wife but when I spoke to a manager she seemed nice but overwhelmed as they were short staffed on a spring break week.

Here is something fun to do year round without regard to the weather. The staff was super helpful and friendly. And for $16 you can hang around as long as you like. We had a blast climbing around the obstacles!

The manager lies.. Kind of disappointed, we had our daughters birthday party here, and got a party pack. We spoke to the manager a few days earlier to see about what spaces they had and the party packs , she told us if we did one of the party packs and then wanted to add on the zip line she would give us a discount on the zip line of $5 off a person. When we went to add the zip line course she said no just a $5 total discount so the zip course was still $140. Don't lie to people and tell them oh you misunderstood. We won't be back

The employees are the rudest people I've ever seen, the employees have no clue what they are doing they told us that the go karts were open just to learn they wasn't and the rope climb we couldn't use our cards for it and big black won't to be man was cussing using the fbomb, so with this being said people please don't spend your hard earned money at this place it sucks!!!! This place is an absolutely JOKE and a ripoff, they aren't even worth a star!!!!

I honestly don't see how or why this place of business is open or even operating, first off the customer service was terrible. They barely checked straps on the Rope zipline and go karts to see if we were strapped in good or secured. The go-karts kept stopping I thought they were going to blow up, One of the arcade machines took our money, The guy who was working the slide that day Was frustrated and was working more than one section but you can tell he was frustrated he took it out on the customers. He actually got upset about a crying baby I told him you cannot act this way especially with other people kids that's what babies do they cry and kids do come here. My daughter bumped her head on the slide(not fun). The lady who was working the zipline section that day showed more respect and concern for this dog that was in the building than actually paying customers/human beings. My daughter said she never wants to come here again and I wouldn't dare bring her back , I've noticed and definitely overheard other customers frustration and complaints that same day. This place is definitely a waste of time and money.

So much wasted potential, but still a place to eek out some fun.
1. The elevated zip and obstacle course are top notch.
2. The 4D virtual experience was broke. Again. We weren't told this while purchasing tickets, even though we were explicit about what we wanted. Now we have to hang onto our receipt for 'future use'.
3. The go carts are fun, but governed too much. And poorly tuned.
4. Biggest disappointment was the blacklight miniature golf course.
Most blacklights burnt out. Several interesting attractions inside like a Gorilla, Anaconda, Dinosaur,Spider and such were not lit or animated in any way. You had to look HARD to see them or the route to the next hole. The par markers were poorly lit and wobbly. We weren't given score cards or pencil by staff when we got our putter, and had to go back for it. They are missing out on some free advertising by not having custom printed score cards for folks to keep as tokens.. plain generic cards just miss the mark.. The bathrooms were non functioning and locked. And the looped music,, OMG change it up already. Was anxious to get out of there just because of the music! So sad, this place with a LITTLE TLC Could be outstanding!

Other notes: Masks not required and no attempt at cleaning or disinfecting between patrons was seen.

A little hot dog stand or a food truck would be a bonus. No food offered anywhere on premises.
