Great spot for a great price! Everything is pretty clean but could use an update.

Our room was very clean, although the carpet definitely needs a deep clean. A few cosmetic things like peeling paint and rust on the fridge, but the AC unit works, and it’s in a great location!

Despite other reviews, there is no complimentary breakfast. But there is a communal microwave and toaster.
The pool is very nice and clean.

Would definitely stay here again for the price. All the things that weren’t amazing were things that didn’t impact our stay.

Yes the air conditioner is loud and the room is slightly dated but the room was cool..the bed comfortable. Has a fridge and small coffee maker. Location is great short drives to almost everything. Pool was a little dirty on the bottom but cleaning day was the day we were leaving

The staff was very accommodating the rooms were fairly clean and the property was clean along with the pool. I wish they had microwaves in the rooms. The parking is super tough if you own a truck. The view from the second floor is very pretty. We will be booking with them again in the future

Reception staff person was very nice and helpful.
We didn't use the pool but the pool area was clean. Pool looked nice and clear.
There are beverage and snack vending machines. I did overhear a couple struggling as many choices were sold out.
The bed was comfortable.
The shower is a very fine mist spray, be aware.
And the sink hot/cold directions were reverse of the standard.
For the price, it is a very good, budget option.

We are not looking for The Waldorf when we vacation. We prefer a clean, modestly-priced motel so we have more money available for food and fun. This place fits the bill nicely. We stay here regularly so we know it well. It is by no means a fancy place to stay, but it has a comfortable bed, a working shower, and it's clean and neat. Moreover, the service is excellent. The main benefit to this motel is LOCATION--Dennis is centrally located so that everything on Cape Cod is a short drive away. We can jump in the car and dash off to Orleans, Hyannis, Truro, Wellfleet, Chatham or Brewster in 30 minutes or less. There are so many beaches and seafood joints that we will never be finished exploring. There is excellent dining at Sundancers right across the street, or a short trip down the road at Kream & Kone (amazing fried seafood). I am open to staying in other locations but have not found one better. My wife and I usually vacation during the "shoulder months" (May and September), so the experience will be different at the height of the season. The biggest drawback, in season, is the parking, which can be a bit cramped.

This is an okay place for an affordable price. The room was very small and the AC very loud. The bathroom is dated - well, the whole place is dated- with no grab bars in the shower. The bed was fine. It was okay for one night but wouldn’t want you to stay longer.

We previously stayed at the Guest Lodge and we found this property to be nicer. The rooms were clean and the pool was lovely. We did read one negative comment that we found to be very true, the parking spaces are tight and if you park in the space near the staircase, you better drive a Mini!!!

We booked a four night stay with a handicap bathroom. It was not. The only thing they had was a bar inside the shower on back wall. If a person that needed to grab onto something wanted to shower not there. You could have never gotten in the room in a wheel chair never mind on the toilet. No lie the toilet was made be 12-15 inches off the ground with no bar to grab hold of. The heat in the room is right there near the head of the bed. Not good at all. The room was clean but never saw a soul till we checked out. The person above us was so noisy that they woke us up every morning at 630. I absolutely believe that people live in that hotel and that's just not my kind of place. If your a mature couple looking for comfort do not stay here. The beds are like sleeping on rocks and the pillows should be burned. We had to buy pillows just so we could sleep some after that first night. Sorry my review is not good but I'm a teller of the truth and this place needs some serious changes. Thank you all for reading my review. Please rethink your plans.
