Jon and I have used Terry Steele at TravelMax for over 30 years. He has made all the arrangements for our over 25 cruises and he is always helpful and courteous. We could not be more please with the service from Terry and TravelMax. We highly recommend Terry as a trustworthy travel agent.

Barbara Jones provided the worst service ever to my parents and other travelers.My parents had been informed that they had to meet at the bus at 6:30 am. My sister calls at 6 am stating the bus was about to depart. After speaking with Barbara Jones on the phone she stated she sent and email informing of the change in time. This email had never been received and to know that my father had just left her place of business the Wednesday before the trip, she never informed him of a change in time. There were 4 other travelers/people that been left behind and had to get a ride to make to the ship in time. Common courtesy would have been to contact individuals via phone and no email.Not everyone reads their email on a daily basis. That if an email had been sent. After speaking with her on the phone the day of the trip, not a pleasant person at all. We have never experienced this type of treatment before and have been on several cruise. Never will we book with Barbara Jones and this agency again and anyone we/I know will inform of what a bad experience and service provided. My wife and I have been using TERRY at travel max for over 15 years. they are excellent and their customer support in finding you the cheapest rate available whether it’s cruising on the big ships or river boat adventure down the Mississippi or a Globus bus tour through the national parks. You cannot get a better support travel agency then travel max in your family adventures and I recommend them highly.

Whether traveling with the family, or just the two of us, we love to cruise. Marcus always does such a wonderful job with our travel arrangements. I have a local company in the Saint Petersburg area and I tried calling to check about booking trips through them. When the person answered the phone they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I asked you booked vacation travel? Their answer was we can like it was secondary to him. I'm confused seems to me a travel agent would want to book business.
