Lynn at Travel With Ease Nice, is knowledgeable and ease to work with. She worked hard to make our trip a great experience. Lynn did a meticulous job! I would strongly recommend her for your next travel needs. Once I started working with Lynn at Travel With Ease the process immediately became easier, faster, and, surprisingly, more economical to plane our honeymoon. Lynn was able to accommodate very specific requests even eventhough our schedule was tight. The most amazing part to me was that the deals Lynn found for us were consistently lower in cost than the ones I was able to find on my own, even with the added travel advisor fee. I believe at one point I confessed to her over the phone, ‘You have just made my life so much better!’ I am now a huge fan of your travel services and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with travel. All phases of our travel progressed seamlessly. Lynn has a knack for ‘listening’ between the lines. When we told her what we hoped to derive from our trip, she provided invaluable suggestions.
I wanted to thank Lynnfor all of her help, throughout our travel experience! She was so helpful, and I have never had a travel advisor offer to help with anything we needed AFTER we had already booked our trip! Be assured that we will be using your services for all of our future trips! We have cruised half a dozen times, twice with Royal Caribbean and the rest with Carnival. The location you chose for our room could not have been better!  It was super close to the elevators, right below the buffet/pool area, and directly across the hall from the self-service laundry on our floor. Thanks a million for making it so convenient for us to get everywhere we needed to go, without putting us too close to anything noisy. Again, I cannot thank you enough for everything. It was a delight to work with you, and I look forward to doing it again very soon.

I got a limited time travel offer with Groupon and approached Lynn to advise me if she thought it was a good deal or not. She looked into to it deeper for me and tried to find a comparable or better deal, but was unable to do so. So she advised me to take it. I called her to follow up and she gave me some very helpful travel tips and advice. She seemed to genuinely care about us getting the best price while not sacrificing the enjoyment of our trip. I was grateful for her time and attention and would definitely work with her again on future trips!

I was very disappointed in my interactions with this Travel agency. From the beginning nothing was transparent. When the group of us locked in a date, all of a sudden money was due within 24 hours. When I tried to get in touch with the agency to pay, it was difficult. When speaking with the agent I asked what all we were getting, which was definitely not explained in detail. I asked about conjoining rooms and got an "OK," though apparently that was never an option for the level we were booked at... again not explained to us, the paying customers. When we got our room assignments we were on completely separate hallways, though on the same floor level (would have actually had to access them from separate stairways on the ship). I finally spoke with the agent who said "no they were on the same hallway." After multiple forms of contact, by multiple people in the group, the agent finally got our rooms "moved to rooms right next to each other." I spoke with the agent on the phone who confirmed three times to me that the rooms were directly next to each other, even though I had already looked at the deck plan and saw there was a room between us. She stated "even rooms are on one side and odd numbers are on the other"... well as an agent I think you should check your information before you say that...I then confirmed with the cruiseline themselves there was in fact a room between us and the deck plan easily accessible online was correct, and our agent was wrong.

A lot of our disappointment could have been avoided had the agent just been willing to politely explain from the beginning, clearly, what it was she was booking for us, but she didn't, and never once tried to clear it up, and instead said she "had nothing else to say." I believe it was very poor customer service from the get go. I had had high expectations for this agency since EASE is in the name... But nothing about dealing with them was an EASE.
