The representative that helped me is named Macy Ann Tabuada, and she is the reason I was able to accomplish a rush delivery of a passport renewal! Everything was VERY LAST MINUTE (as in needing to go out same day to assure turnaround in time for me to make a work trip) and she found solutions! I'm superbly impressed and grateful with her tenacity.

I greatly appreciate her and her patience. When it looked like I wasn't going to accomplish my endeavor and I wanted to cancel, she remained diligent until the very end and even followed up with me throughout the shipping, processing and receiving of my renewed passport.

‼️‼️‼️THIS PLACE IS A SCAM‼️‼️‼️Needed my passport ASAP so I called this place and they wanted my credit card info just to talk to a representative. Out of desperation I entered my credit info and then they said payment declined and hung up the phone. I tried calling but same thing every time. Eventually I went to their San Diego office only to find out it doesn’t exist. They charged my card and my bank immediately flagged it. Do not trust this place. Instead head to the official passport agency in little Italy appointment or not and they can resolve it.
