We selected Raman to be the travel coordinator for our destination wedding in Riviera Maya, Cancún. Raman coordinated resort reservations for rooms for all of guests across four states three time zones and a variety of specific needs and questions. Raman was amazing, he assisted in our conversations with our resort onsite wedding team, offered his opinion, advise and experience when asked, but was never pushy or over bearing. He made several recommendations that we used and ended up savings us time and money. His knowledge and relationships with the resort made the entire experience a joy and easy. All of our guests raved about the trip and several have asked when we can go back. When coordinating the travel for a large group there is always going to be questions, more questions and lots of questions. Raman responded to each and every one and ensured that everyone in our group was informed and comfortable with all the arrangements before the trip. During the event he checked in on us and the group several times and if he could assist in making something even better he did. Thank you Raman for ensuring our special day was the best day it could have been and that all of friends and family had an absolutely perfect trip. If you choose to work with Raman you wont be disappointed.

I was referred to Travel Lifestyles by a childhood friend. She spoke very highly of her travel agent so I thought he would be a good help to us for our destination wedding that was set for September 2016. I was not very familiar with traveling abroad, nor had I ever been married or planned a wedding before. Unfortunately it seems as though instead being sympathetic to the customer, the travel agent used this to his advantage. He quoted us and our guest a price for the transportation in a written email, then charged a higher fee than what he had quoted himself in writing. To make matters worse he also charged different guests of our wedding different prices for the exact same transportation to the exact same resort! In addition he took payments from 4 of our guests for their stay at the designated resort but never included them on any of the spreadsheets with the guest list. These people trusted that because he was our designated travel agent that he was being honest and responsible enough to follow through with their travel confirmations.
According to the transportation company LOMAS TRAVEL, he also told them that my husband & I ( the bride & groom) had not paid for our return transportation to the airport upon our departing the resort to the airport. As a result, we had to RE-PAY for our transportation to get to the airport to go home and we ALMOST missed our flight as we had been told upon arrival at the resort that our transportation (round trip) had been confirmed and paid for.
This same travel agent also would take payments from my guests, process their credit cards and not provide them with an emailed receipt as promised until they called him the next day or two to ask for their receipt that they had not received ( but the funds were already taken from their bank accounts). He also was extremely slow to follow up or never did when he would say he was sending us something.
My husband & I are already planning for our 1 year anniversary trip for next year but we agreed that we will NEVER use this travel agent again. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone I know to use him either!!!!

Awesome service, prompt response and hassle free reservations! All I tell them are my wants and they put together a complete (detailed) itinerary for me. It's like having your own personal travel agent. Mr Shaman really takes care of you. He will go shop for the best packages out there. In addition, he will make his personal recommendations on activities, dining and tours. Always accessible to answer any questions/concerns. I usually plan my own vacation and trip because I can find deals. So as you can tell, I was skeptical of travel agency until I met Holly Fritz from Travel Lifestyles. She was amazing and even helped out while I was on my trip! Great services and even better deals than what I can usually find. I would consider Travel Lifestyles for future travels.

I met Holly during the bridal extravaganza event and was very skeptical but I decided to give her a call afterward. Due to priorities I had to put my honeymoon on hold. After the wedding, we agree to try this traveling thing again and Holly was nothing but helpful to us again. I was all over the place but she was patience and guide me thru the traveling process. She doesn't pressure and even gave me options outside of what I can find online. You can choose for them to take care of everything where you don't have to worry or you can choose to take over whichever piece of the planning yourself. I decided I can take over the transportation between islands myself and during the vacation I forgot that I missed a transportation piece, emailed Holly and she took care of calling the hotel and arrange that transportation for me. The best part is that they can see room availability and promotion that they can past on to you that you can not see online as a regular shopper. That is the benefit and she is very transparent. She has no problem price matching or beating your price.

To me, that is a bonus for any traveling agencies. I have been recommending to my friends and family if they need a travel agency, this is the one I would use.

I have been trying to contact Raman Mullick with issues related to how much I was charged for my air ticket and he has not got back to me even after repeated requests. I need this resolved at the earliest.

**Raman Mullick’s response below again full of misinformation. He’s again twisting the facts and the actual issue. There are far serious issues and much larger sums in ticket price than stated below. I have taken this up with the credit card company . I would not advise doing business with him

Good people, they go the extra mile here. We went to other travel agencies and didn't like them. They will always have a forever customer with us. My wife and I came here 13 years ago when we were planning our wedding. We're going back for another awesome vacation.
