This was my first use of a travel agent. Nanette bent over backwards to accommodate my request. Everything was smooth and painless. I will be using her services in the near future.

I had an awful experience with Nanette at Travel Connections. We booked an Apple Vacation to Jamaica. I arrived at the airport at 4:45am to leave for a 7am flight. I was told the flight was cancelled the day before and to come back tomorrow if I still wanted to go. The flight was not showing cancelled the night before on the website. I was told I would have been contacted but they did not have my phone number? We missed a full day but decided to go because we had taken off work and had limited time to plan another trip. They could not tell us what the refund amount would be before we left. That had to be figured by accounting. We received a partial refund over a week later. I still have not received a adequate response about how it was calculated. If Nanette helped us at all negotiate the amount of the refund I’m completely unaware of it despite calls and emails. The first line of the “apology” letter from Apple and Travel Connections apologized for the issues we had on our trip to Los Cabo’s....we went to Jamaica. Now that’s personal service!
