My husband and I enjoyed 3 different tours of Ireland arranged by Travel Concepts and Chris and Kelly. All the accommodations were amazing. The food was great, and the tour bus driver was always knowledgeable with a sense of wry
Irish humor. To top it off, each tour was accompanied by New Barleycorn. To our delight, Alex and John entertained us at several real Irish pubs. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that there will be a future Ireland tour accompanied by Alex and John, the New Barleycorn🍀

Great experience on a Cruise with Phill Coulter and the High Kings and those of us who booked via Travel Concepts had exclusive access to the musicians. Concerts well planned with small group lounge gatherings to learn more about the musicians.
This was my first cruise. The staff of Travel Concepts sent out email updates, laid out how to register with the cruise line and tips for packing
They knew each of us individually. I felt supported and acknowledged.

I have been traveling with Travel Concepts since I retired in 2012. I've been with them on Caribbean Cruises almost every year and on Coach Tours in Ireland five times and will be going again in a few weeks. I can't say enough about the personal attention and care for every detail that have been provided to make our trips safe and fun! We have traveled with Travel Concepts on many trips. Chris and Kelly are true pros when it comes to arranging trips and putting all the details together to make for a very enjoyable trip. From a passenger falling during the night and breaking a hip to a few of our Group coming down with Covid(different trips!)
they have handled it all. But they are the
best at what they do and each trip is enjoyable and memorable. Travel Concepts is the only agency we would

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Italy last September. All the hotels were lovely and in great locations. The drivers you hired for us were excellent. Always on time and the car was large enough to accommodate our group. It was great to have tickets to museums, etc in advance so we never had to stand in line.

Travel Concepts did a great job in helping us plan this trip and I would use them again.

I’ve traveled using Travel Concepts for at least 10 years. Kelly and Chris are always responsive, organized and on top of planning for my trips. Recently the morning of an international trip I was notified that my flight had been canceled. While I’m across the country from Kelly, she responded to my frantic email, and kept in touch reassuring me after communicating with the tour company who booked the flights that they were on top of things and would issue new flights. After about an hour and more back and forth communication, new flights were issued to still allow arrival, but much later in the day.
Kelly also kept in touch and confirmed that even though the flight was arriving very late, there would be someone waiting for me at the airport.
I could not ask for more.

Chris & Kelly are fantastic. We have been extremely happy with the attention to details on all of the cruises booked with Travel Concepts. Especially the Phil Coulter Tranquility cruises.
The names on the stateroom doors is a nice touch. Sue is very helpful when calling with any questions.
