Travel by Ginny gets my vote for Best in Brevard!!!

I have used their services many times through the years and have never failed to be impressed. They always go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional traveling experience for their clients. I was particularly impressed by the service that both Judy and Daphne provided during our recent hurricane. Because of the storm, I was forced to cancel my trip at the last minute. I had travel insurance, but the cruise line that we had booked with became very difficult to deal with --wanting to deny my claim. Daphne spent hours on the phone dealing with the cruise line; and I received my refund that very day.

I simply can't sing their praises loudly enough! I would encourage anyone who is making travel plans to use the services of Travel by Ginny!

Over the years we have been on several cruises and land trips. Judy from Travel By Jenny always took great care of us. There were a couple of trips that had problems and she jumped right in and helped us resolve them. One of the trips was an airline cancellation to Alaska. We lost a day and a half. Judy arranged to have a 52 foot bus pick the four of us and join us with our tour group. While arriving in Italy, our airport to hotel transportation tried to charge us when Judy had already made the payment. She helped us resolve this. We were on a two week greek cruise when the airlines failed to forward my luggage. It arrived back at my home the day after I returned from the cruise. Judy tried her best to retrieve my luggage, but the airlines were not cooperative. Another flight to Europe was cancelled out of Atlanta and Judy was able to find us another flight. We do plan to do more traveling and will definitely have Judy handle our travel arrangements.

Daphne, the owner at Travel by Ginny, is always amazing! I have been using this agency for years now and they're always on top of everything. I am a last minute planner because I am never sure when I can get away. I will usually walk in on a Friday and ask to get away on a Sunday! They always manage to take care of me. This time it was to get me into a hotel in St. Augustine over the holiday weekend when everything was booked up.

Last time, it was airfare and hotel to a Greek island. A week before I was looking to depart in mid-October when the season was over for all of the islands, she found me a beautiful place to stay in Rhodes, knowing that this island was further south and remained warmer a couple more weeks longer. She talked the resort owner into staying open for just me and my mom!

It's not worth the deals you think you're getting booking yourself online. I am not suggesting you put them to the test as severely as I do with the last minute plans. I can only imagine what wonders they could do if I gave them weeks to plan! Hotels, resorts, airlines, cruises, guided tours - anything! Come to Travel by Ginny first.

Do not use this company if you want your trip to be done correctly!! Judy messed up my airline tickets coming back, booked us in a hotel with only a king bed knowing full well that there were 3 of us and had our hotel and rental car booked at premium prices. I cancelled everything and redid it myself and saved hundreds of dollars. When I tried to talk to her she was rude and would not fix any of her many mistakes. Worst service ever!!!
