Tracy's recommendations for our two week Alaska adventure were so helpful and timely. We missed our connecting flight to Anchorage due to weather delays and when our phones came out of airplane mode there was a text message from Tracy waiting on us with our new connecting flight information (at no additional cost)! Tracy went above and beyond for our family's vacation! We couldn't imagine not having Tracy's expertise on an Alaska experience.

We support local businesses, but will not use this travel agency again. We asked them to book a return flight from Indonesia on 19 April. It was booked for 19 August. Danielle later corrected the error. When we asked for upgrades, their efforts were marginal, with resulting fees in the $5,000s. A fellow traveler got her upgrade, same airline, same routes, same dates, for under $600. Courtesy is nice. Competency is lacking at Duncanville Travel, sorry to say.

For my first trip out of the states, I decided to use a travel agent. I must say, Danielle did a great job finding a resort specifically to my liking. My overall experience was so good, instead of me booking my future trips, I'm calling Danielle to do it. She was very informative and knowledgeable about different destinations and the night life if you wanted to party. The other ladies in the office are nice and sweet as well. This is a great travel agency!

I used this travel agency on a recommendation by my travel buddy who is located in Dallas, Tx. Typically we plan our own vacations but since we were planning this trip to Dubai we figured we’d let a professional handle it to make sure everything went smoothly. We both ended up regretting this decision. Daniel was the agent that handled our planning. Everything seemed fine until 2 weeks prior to our trip. My travel buddy and I paid over 6 thousand each to travel business class (really trying to treat ourselves). Anyone who flies 1st &business class knows there are perks to flying these classes which is why the cost is so much more than economy. With most airlines you have access to the lounge before your flight to have complimentary food and drinks. With Emirates, they also offer you car service to and from the airport. Well we got none of these. We were told that our tickets were purchased as a special so we were not eligible for these services. This was surprising to the both of us since there was no documentation on our receipts saying that we had purchased a discounted fair. Daniel was contacted and said that she didn’t realize that perks came with business class flights. Please tell me what travel agent worth their salt doesn’t know the ins and out of traveling business class? On top of her “not” knowing about any perks she gave no explanation of how our tickets were purchased at a discount (questionable practices”. She nor the owner of the business did absolutely nothing, I say again nothing to rectify this. It is my belief that she purchased discounted tickets but sent us receipts of full price tickets and money was pocketed. My receipt from travel agents of Duncanville just shows the cost of my trip with no documentation of any discounts, but my airline ticket has special on it. I can upload all documents if anyone wants to see. BEWARE if you use this agency and this agent. Will plan my own trips from now on.

Danielle planned a cruise for my family and I. We had plans of stay a few days over in Miami. Danielle done an awesome job coordinating our trip. I was very much pleased with the warm welcome I received when I went into the office. For a matter fact Danielle will be assisting me in planning our next trip. This will be my travel agent choice when ever I’m planning a vacation.

I used this agency several years ago to book a trip and received the best services. However, I've reached out to this agency twice in the last year via email to get assistance with booking a couple of trips and to my surprise I never received a response. After sending the last email I waited about a week and called directly to the office for a follow-up only to be told "I saw your email but was busy and hadn't got a chance to response." I asked that she review the details and to email as they is the best source of communication. She advised that she would needless to say its been 3 months and still nothing from anyone at this office. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
