Very clean, spacious, comfortable room with a well stocked kitchenette. Friendly staff. Hotel is maintained and well-kept. Parking area is large, well-lit and feels safe. Breakfast was good but I would have liked some variation to the hot dish (was always plain scrambled eggs and pork sausage patty); also, providing plain bread for toast would be nice; had good mix-ins/ toppings for yogurt, oatmeal, waffles or cereal. Pet fee is pricier than it needs to be. Overall a very nice hotel that I would stay in again.

We were in town with a large group staying here for a local wedding. The staff here were all extremely friendly, courteous and worked with us to accommodate all of our needs. Really appreciate the staff here. Hard to find their level of quality service at many hotels. We enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Warm cookies! Negative: Don't mind the every other day housekeeping...but 2 days of clean towels for 2 people need to be stocked in the room...also bottled water would be nice.

Very good hotel! I recommend this place! So I went downstairs to buy some bags of chips for my family and I asked and they accept any kind of US money! You probably already know the except cash.. so I paid with dollar coins and she gave me a compliment for having them and the lady was really sweet and was really happy that I paid in dollar coins and gave me another compliment for being a coin collector! Best hotel ever! Oh, and rooms are really good

This is our THIRD time staying at this location over the past 2 years. We LOVE this hotel. It's perfect. The staff has always been super nice and friendly. The rooms are GREAT! We love having the side couch area to sit at and watch TV. And the mini-kitchen is amazing. We stayed here for our Anniversary weekend this year and it was great to have a little stove, microwave, big fridge, sink and dishwasher! (Not that we cooked there...but it was fun eating our leftovers at midnight and being able to heat up and eat on real plates w/ real silverware!) We love the big walk-in shower and the showerhead is great! The free morning breakfast is very nicely setup with eggs (they taste real!) sausage, waffles...et'c. This location is close to both Plant City and Lakeland. With a Wawa and Starbucks within walking distance as well as a Publix. Great location! We even got to watch the sunset from our hotel room window! We will continue to come back to this hotel!

I love TownePlace Suites, and this one in Plant City did not disappoint.
The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The full-size kitchen is just wonderful.
Front desk staff were nice. The only weird thing was the front door is locked in the middle of the night, and you have to ring the bell. As a female coming in from work at 3 am it was nerve-wracking to not see anyone at front desk and me just standing there waiting. Although this seemed like a relatively safe area it is next to the freeway and behind a gas station, and it is Florida. There were transient people near the gas station earlier in the day, But other then that moment I did not ever feel unsafe. My suggestion is to pit that front door on a room key tap to open.
