I typically don’t stay at TownePlace Suites, but I had a last-minute change in plans and ended up at TownePlace Suites Oakridge. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The front desk staff was exceptionally professional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Sometimes I question whether TownePlace properties fully adhere to Marriott’s policies and procedures, but this location did everything by the book. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere casual yet welcoming, and they offered a nice breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a great stay that offered excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this location for its quality service and attention to detail.

Clean and comfortable. Updated rooms with very nice walk in shower and adjustable shower head. Comfortable bed. Quiet on a Saturday night. I never heard a peep from the hall. Room for nice and dark without light coming in from the hall. ||Appliances were also clean and nice. We didn't use them, but they were in great condition.

Amazing Hotel! The staff was so accommodating! We travel with our dog so I asked for high floor at the end of the corridor so not to hear noise passing the room! The room we got was perfect! The rooms are huge 2 queen beds , table, full size fridge! Great for a family or couple!|They have a free breakfast! Today it was little quiches, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal with all the fixens, waffle maker, toast, English muffins, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice coffee! Lots of seating for breakfast with tv ! |They have a nice pool!|Great out door seating with bbq area!|Rooms very clean!|Staff fabulous from check in Renee to check out April!|We usually stay right on 40West but this is about 8 miles off of it we decided to try something new and no regrets!! We will stay here in our drive back home too!|Great grass walking area for dogs!|Hotel has no dog odors at all! |There are some great restaurants near there we love Knoxvilles own Aubrey’s farm to table restaurant 1 mile away! Filet bites yum! Buttermilk chicken breast yum!

This hotel was over the top, from Rena at the front desk, to the presentation and awesome breakfast bar, the room was gorgeous and perfect. Thank you Oak Ridge Townplace Suites for caring and being g one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

LOVE this hotel! The Staff is Amazing! Great pet friendly hotel! A little off 40W by 8 Miles but so worth it! Great grass area to walk dog with bags and garbage!
Nice Pool and pool area, great outdoor seating, nice seating area in the lobby 2 tvs, nice work out room, bbq area, free breakfast, today was biscuits gravy, mini quiches, waffle station, oatmeal bar with all the fixens, toast, English muffins, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, juice
The rooms were very Clean! Did not smell like pets at all! We travel with our dogs so this is important!
Huge rooms full size fridge, stove, dining table little mini apartment!
We called ahead asked for top floor at end of hall so dogs didn’t hear people going by all the time. The staff was soooo accommodating!!
We are lifetime platinum with Marriott so travel too much and I have to say this staff is among the best! From Renee at check in to April at check out!!

Picked this place due to no mold.or mildew reviews and I've had great experiences at this brand. Desk agent reeked of smoked and was rude. We needed to see the room first because of health issues to make sure it was safe and have always been able to do that. She blank stared at me and said it was against policy. When asked if there was a problem with the room and could we move she said no abolsolutely not. All while I was trying not to gag because she smelled so bad.

I had an exceptional stay at Townplace Suites in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I initially had an issue with my mobile key not working, but the front desk attendant was quick to resolve the problem. She personally brought me new keys and made sure everything was working smoothly. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel incredibly welcome. It’s rare to find such attentive and helpful service these days. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here for both the fantastic service and great accommodations!

Wouldn’t stay here again! Bathroom floor was dirty and stained sheets. Housekeepers always outside smoking when they should be cleaning. I will drive a little further to west Knoxville before I would stay at such a dirty place! Breakfast food was not very warm.
