Since I've moved from Chattanooga, TN to Florida 17yrs ago, this place was not there. This is new to me and it was very nice. The room we stayed in was roomy and clean and our beds felt great. However, the only issue I have is parking. They do not have enough parking spaces to accommodate all their guess who room there even when they're not at full occupancy.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a hotel. The night guy Josh was so nice. He brought our group fresh baked cookies at 2am. He was so helpful and nice. Showed us different things to do around the area. Just an overall great experience absolutely loved it here.

The rooms were very modern and clean. I liked the abundance of plugs and outlets on each side of the bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, so that's why I knocked off a star. The bed was comfortable. We did not wake up in time for breakfast, so I am unable to comment on the quality. All in all, I would return, just with two queen-sized beds this time.

Front desk clerks are great especially the man that goes above and beyond to put breakfast out early for us. I'm currently staying at the hotel and the house keeping is no good. I have left notes to change my sheets, called the front desk twice. They don't clean the showers. Thank goodness I have a bottle of shower cleaner I use each morning. I have also left a note for them to vacuum and mop. Still nothing. I hate sleeping multiple nights on the same sheets.

I really enjoyed the quality of this location. Everything was clean, the restroom doors were not the sliding kind, and it had every convenience like breakfast and a steak house next door! The staff was very friendly and made sure everything was great!

The room was very dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom, beer bottle caps next to the night stand, wrappers under the desk and something sticky on the closet door. There was a dead bug on the headboard and another on the windowsill. Tables had sticky spills and the room has not been vacuumed, wiped down nor had the bathroom floor been washed. Not up to Marriot standards! The pool has a slimy, dirty film around the water line and hair and grime on the floor. ||Daisy in housekeeping was empathetic, helpful and very professional. Elizabeth at the front desk was unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. ||Will never return to this hotel. 😢

Agree with the sentiment generally shared by others - service was great and hospitable. Rooms were clean and modern. Lots of noise from highway. Not sure what hotel can do about that, but we'd stay again

I’m staying at TownPlace Suites while our house is being worked on due to neighbors house fire. The hotel staff, led by Kevin are always so welcoming and helpful. Very spacious and comfortable rooms and I enjoy my breakfast and Happy Hour by their beautiful fire pit
