We have stayed at this hotel several times because of the proximity to the interstate and because they allow pets. We ALWAYS travel with our fur babies and it is so nice to find a really clean hotel with great outside space for the dogs. The rooms are very nice and having the kitchen/bowls etc is also a plus when traveling with pets. The hotel has a nice outside pool and a grilling area with a fire pit. I would recommend this for families that might be traveling to Chattanooga as a great place to stay! The folks at the desk have always been very friendly and accomodating and the breakfast in the morning is nice!

Where do I start, Very Happy we decided to book this hotel as one of our stops on our way to Florida. Staff is welcoming and helpful offering options to our questions about the area. Hotel is a couple of years old and is kept looking new. Our room had a nice layout kitchenette area, bathroom and bed & couch area. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable. |Enjoyed a nice breakfast from a great variety of items available.|The manager was nice enough to start up the outside fire table so I could relax and enjoy a cigar.|If your in the East Ridge area on your travels and need a hotel I recommend booking Townplace Suites.

Very nice! Large, clean rooms. Quiet. Our phones would not charge using the headboard outlets but did using the desk side outlets. Breakfast coffee creamers were the big bottles that are not refrigerated and taste like preservatives. Otherwise it was good. We will definitely be back!

Right off the highway. Quiet area, very nice. We brought our dog. The pet friendly rooms are at the end of the halls and private. The continental breakfast was great. We will go back to check out the Chattanooga area.

Made a quick stay here for a night after hours on the road . Quick walk in reservation. Nice suite rooms. Clean and had no issues. Would definitely stay at this location again. Stay was comfortable and quiet.

Me and my two best friends visited on a girls trip and stayed 3 night. Our room had everything we needed and the staff was the best we have had by far. Everyone was helpful, courteous and kind. The location was awsome and easy to find. I also appreciated the assistance for the disabled although I'm not disabled I appreciated the things available for those that need it. Also pet friendly...definitely plan to stay again on our next girls trip.

Wooden construction hotel that hides nothing from your upstairs and next door neighbors. In this age, a quality hotel should do this at a minimum. Don’t blame the heavy footed upstairs or talking in a normal voice next door renter. It’s the hotel’s responsibility to provide a quiet environment from what is normal evening behavior.

Breakfast has no meat. Some eggs and everything else is carbs.

On the other hand, at least the people working here are nice. I can’t imagine how many noise complaints they get from this place.

We will NEVER stay here again.

Up to date, spic and span, clean as a whistle and attractively decorated. Check in staff very personable. Convenient location close to interstate and restaurants, etc. Very good value for the money.
