The employees were great. The pool is nice to have. The major downside is the lack of a well functioning ac/heating unit and that every night our bathroom smelled like marijuana and smoke until the morning time. I am fairly sure we could have gotten contact highs. We had our two dogs with us so didn’t want to ask to change rooms.

Rooms were as described and pictured in the photos and written on the hotel page. ||Pros:|- A large fridge with freezer, 2 eye cook top, microwave and dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster and coffee maker. There were even pots, pans and utensils in the drawers to use to cook. |- The employees are super nice and friendly.|- Early check in.||Cons:|- Morning breakfast area is very small and does not accommodate the number of people using it. |- Location is 20 minutes from Downtown so if you are visiting you need to add that into your itinerary.||Look for the price, this is a good hotel to stay in. Shower is hot and good pressure. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided. Ample lighting and room for 2-4 people in the room. If you would like to cook to save money on your trip you have a kitchen with utensils to do that. The employees are super nice and accommodating and the ground feel safe. ||When we arrived there was trash on the property in the parking lot and outside sitting area which remained there during our stay. For breakfast they have a decent coffee bar but lacked severely in the breakfast section. The breakfast area is small and only one waffle maker along with small quantities of food served. There was a long line and wait along with a small selection of food to choose from. ||If you are planning a family trip to spend time downtown and near the attractions this is not the location to select. If you are looking for a quality hotel for a reasonable price and don’t mind driving everywhere then this will check that box.

Great staff! The employees are the highlight of this hotel. However Marriott needs to do some basic maintenance here. Had to leave our first room because it was filthy. Our 2nd one is cleaner, but there is mold in the shower and dirt build up in the corners. The walls in the hallway need repair and paint. Marriott you should do better!

Terrible experience. We were given the wrong room key, and because the front desk employee apparently was new and not trained,and there on her own, locked herself out of the hotel's computer system, and couldn't check visitors in. This was after 8 in the evening, we and our pet were exhausted and had to sit for more than 30 minutes while she tried to get things straightened out. 4-5 other guests were lined up as well, trying to get in. When checking out, no visible signs of a breakfast and was told there was no coffee as the coffee maker was broken. Never again. We stayed at the other Townplace Suites in town a week before and were very pleased. Avoid this one if you can.

The Internet is awful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I thought the room was a little small. The bathroom counter was tiny. A lot of light comes through the door into the room and we could hear people walking around above us. Overall good people, but not worth the price.

Room had all accommodations and was clean. The bed was actually one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on as far as Hotels. The breakfast was pretty good too. Will be keeping this as a reference for a future stay.

The people who worked there are very lovely and having an indoor pool was very nice. But, the BIG downside for us was that the ac/heat unit barely worked and every night around 6pm our bathroom smelled like marijuana and smoke ALL NIGHT LONG.
