5 stars to Torri’s cab and shuttle! She may not have the fanciest ride, but she made up for it with her warm welcome, fun personality, and unbeatable value. When no one else showed up, she came through for me. Don't be fooled by that only one taxi exists in Oroville - Torri is the real deal, and her heart is pure gold. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience, the "owner" Torri lied about the cost of the ride and was driving reckless flipping U-Turns in middle of the road before stop light while cars were coming! Honestly wish I could give this "company" ZERO ⭐

Called while in line in the store. She was there when I walked out got me to my destination 🙂 good driver, enjoyed our conversation, I felt safe 🙂 cost $7. In very happy with the service I received I will call her again when ride needed 🙂

I will NEVER use this taxi company again. The driver was RUDE. A woman came up to his window to ask a question and he rolled the window up on her. I told him that was rude. He had been smoking in the van and it was dirty, smelled of smoke and hadn’t been tuned up recently so I wasn’t sure we were going to make it. He didn’t know where the address was and I said, you must not live here and he responded, yeah I do but I’ve need been to the Hertz rental car before. Never again!!!! I called Uber to get back to my house. They were professional and the driver was pleasant.
