No matter the event type, the TWE team is ALWAYS professional, accommodating to our needs, and the decor is mind blowing. TWE takes luxury events to a whole new level and I definitely recommend them.

Tori and her team exceeded our expectations! We gave them our colors and vision and she did what she does best. The staff was very professional and attentive, they made sure my day was special. I could not have made a better choice when choosing this venue. From start to finish the whole experience was beyond amazing!!! If you are looking for a beautiful space to have your wedding or special event this is definitely the perfect venue!!!

Tori Williams Events offers an exceptional experience. The entire team is attentive and reassuring. I felt a great sense of calm on my wedding day and I attribute a great deal of that to Tori’s team. Additionally, since my wedding she has opened a beautiful event space which will elevate the overall experience. If I had it to do again I would undoubtedly choose the Tori Williams Events Experience again.

Amazing!!! This was my first time seeing her work in person and I must say, I'm blown away. The details, the pieces, the energy, you can tell that Tori LOVES what she does. I had a great time. If you're looking for a best venue, definitely book with Tori.

The experience my family had this past weekend using TW Events was simply unacceptable. My sister’s wedding should have been a happy and joyful occasion but due to this unprofessional venue and staff my sister was crying during her wedding reception and days leading up to the big day. It all started maybe 2 weeks before the wedding when various staff kept calling my sister about the floor plan and changing the seating arrangements which still weren’t finalized until the day before the wedding because the staff wasn’t sure if they could accommodate the setup the bride wanted. The owner Tori Williams even personally called my sister to try to clear things up but fumbled and didn’t resolve anything. Days before the wedding when the decorator and planner went to do the walk through they were informed the venue didn’t have enough chairs or staff to move chairs around the day of the wedding. This ended up costing myself and another sibling $1000 out of pocket to cover the venue’s incompetence. The day of the wedding there were staff that came up to the bridal suite to yell at us and threatened to shut the wedding down after some groomsmen brought in alcohol. The alcohol was brought in after the venue so called ran out of liquor after only 2 hours when my sister paid for open bar for the duration of the night! Liquor wasn’t even served during cocktail hour like planned. There was only the champagne wall. I guess that ONE cool feature was supposed to distract everyone but okay. To top things off, they were charging $500 out of pocket to extend the wedding when they already broke the contract agreement of the wedding ending at midnight (and even lied in a comment below saying we stayed until 1am when we all had to clear out by 11:30pm). TW Events is money hungry and doesn’t care about customer service. I will never forgive this venue for ruining my sister’s wedding day.

My original review was posted November 2021. I am here to add that Tori Williams herself blocked me on Instagram when I commented about how I hope her and her staff do other events better than what they did for my sister's wedding. How unprofessional! It stills pains me how much she and her team do not care. My sister's wedding was just another day to them. It is very unfortunate.

It pains me to give this establishment a bad review as my intentions are to always support Black owned businesses in any capacity that I can but I was so disheartened by the events that took place this weekend that in cannot sit by without expressing my dismay. I participated in a wedding at this venue over the weekend. I witnessed the staff treat the bride and groom so carelessly that I couldn’t even believe my own eyes. My friend (the bride) was literally in tears ON HER WEDDING DAY because the venue decided to shut down their reception at 10:30 instead of 12am as agreed upon in the contract. They also failed to provide open bar to the guests, leading to the bridal party making an emergency trip to the liquor store to stock the bar with their own money. When they returned with more liquor, they were accosted by security and told they could not supply more alcohol to the guest even though they were unable to uphold their end of the contact. One security guard even attempt to engage in a physical altercation WITH THE GROOM because they assumed a bottle of sparkling cider was actually a bottle of champagne. I’m curious as to why security’s main focus was to harass the two people who paid for the venue rather than to focus on their assigned task of keeping the guests safe and monitoring the door, but I digress. The venue ended up changing an extra fee to allow the reception to continue (only after threatening to contact the police). The bride and groom spent the most special day of their lives crying and arguing with staff that were simply unreasonable. I will never forgive this venue for making my friend’s wedding day a nightmare.

I attended a wedding at this venue yesterday evening as a guest and I was so disappointed in the staff's behavior. The bride was so stressed out by the staff that she was in tears and all the guest sensed the negative tension in the room. The staff was extremely unprofessional and displayed that energy to everyone including "us" the guest. I would never ever in a million years recommend this venue to anyone. If you want a joyful event please do not attempt to use this place. In addition, I heard the venues employees arguing with the brides family threatening to shut the wedding down in the presence of everyone. It was so distasteful and sad to watch. Again, do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Would really like to give zero stars.

First and foremost this event space(not even well equipped to be called a wedding venue In my
eyes) should receive a zero, but since google does not allow you to give a zero, I have to give them a one. Please bare with me as this review will be long. I will like to start off by saying this was the worst experience/ costumer services my family every received. My cousin book to have her wedding there yesterday and it was a complete mess. From communication to breach in contracts etc. let’s start off by the wedding planning being rejected to enter the hall the day of the wedding until 12pm when the wedding started at 4. Mind you the whole hall needed to be decorated by 4, before guest arrived. Of course they were not able to finish decorating by 4 so while the wedding was going on they were still trying to set up. Secondly she paid for OPEN BAR, please believe the venue was out of alcohol at 9pm. They did not serve the guest alcohol during cocktail hour( why? We don’t know), so from 7-9 is when alcohol was served. Please tell me how that is considered open bar? Mind you we paid per head based on open bar. We had about 180 guest as well. To make matters worst, when we were complaining and trying to sort things out with the “workers” at the venue, they proceeded to get into the bride and grooms face yelling and cursing. How unprofessional. Then threaten to shut the wedding down. At this point the bride is in tears on her wedding day!!!! It’s was not only on this day they had problems with the venue, every week leading up to the wedding a problem arise. It’s so much more I can say, but the biggest take away is PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE!!!!! You will not have a successful event or peace of mind. Thank you
