Roofing was removed and replaced in 1.5 days. The professional crew took time to protect our plants and property. They left the area clean. Gutters were installed in 1 day and work well. Our neighbors commented on the great look of the new roofing/gutters.

Nick and the crew from Top Midwest Construction are great to work with. We had storm damage to our roof, gutters, windows, doors, decks, and other outdoor items. Nick did a thorough inspection of the damage. He collected all the bids for the repairs and worked with our insurance company to get everything approved. Raul and his crew did a great job on the roof. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves so we didn't have to worry about the dogs stepping on anything when we took them out. Aurturo did a great job with the gutters. Without being asked, he made some changes to the way the gutters route the water to prevent issues wirh water leaks that we had experienced in the past. Based on my experience working wirh Nick and the team at Top Midwest Construction, I would recommend them and will call them for future work if the need should arise.

We received substantial hail damage to our roof, gutters, downspouts, and windows. Nick Jawnyj from Top Midwest Construction came out quickly and jumped right in. He worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was handled properly and timely. Nick did an amazing job of scheduling and driving the roofing/gutters/downspouts until completion. I have experience in roofing many homes, and I also work for the biggest home retail company. So it was nice to hear Nick talk about all the quality products that they use on their roofs. All the questions I was going to ask, he already had all the answers to. The roofing crew they had run by Raul were very impressive. Raul made sure if I had any concerns just to ask. The speed and quality of workmanship was outstanding! Roofing is a highly skilled trade and should only be done by veteran professionals. Raul’s crew are definitely veteran professionals.

I loved the job they did so much that I asked Nick if he could put new gutters on as well. Nick of course said no problem, my guy Arturo can take care of that. Arturo and his crew did an awesome job on my gutters. I wanted to extend my downspouts on the ground and Arturo said no problem. They ran out of downspout material, so he promised me he would finish the extensions I wanted the next day. When I came home the next day they were all finished, and it looked amazing. That’s going the extra mile for a customer even when I was the one who made the changes. Don’t hesitate using Top Midwest Construction!
