Stopped in this morning for a fill up and coffee, remember to fill up before you hit the Keys, but it's not too much higher here... Not too busy this morning, well stocked store, clean... Public bathroom available... Xfinity wifi works here... ATM has $3 surcharge...

Probably one of the most rude cashiers I’ve ever met, the older lady with the dark hair (didn’t catch her name). She would not accept my perfectly valid drivers license even though I’m 25 years old… do not give these people your money!!! What’s their problem? I don’t even know if that’s legal to deny a person with a scannable state ID? Waste of my time!

8 / 15 / 18 7:45am, The women manager is not very nice, I talked to about 4 or 5 persons. They told me the same thing. I go to Tom Thumb a lot to buy gas, drinks, food and so do the people that work for me. If I'm to be taken care of the way she did me so rude, I will not go back and I will tell the people that work for me not to stop there for any thing I will buy there things at other place. What happen to ton thumb it was a great place to go at one time please put a new manger in there she needs to go down the road. The new V. P. needs to check out the store from the main office. Very rude woman at the cash register IDs me for beer and says my ID is invalid. I've never had a drinking offense and my ID does not expire for 2 years and is not clipped. She wouldn't even look at my ID just took the beer and put it under the register. Get your head out of your a$$ and get a computer that isn't 15 years old if u wanna scan. Beer down the street no big deal she was just very rude treated me like I was some drunk. 2/24/17 530pm

Tried to buy beer here and was asked for my id. I'm 26 and can legally buy beer but I never mind giving my ID. Glad they id here but when I gave my Valid ID the attendant said it was a fake ID and would not sell my ANYTHING including the limeade I wanted to buy. I was really irritated that she wouldn't accept second form of ID or all my credit cards with my name on them. Two Tom Thumbs down.

Just made a middle-of-the-night junk food run to this store. I chose several items. As I moved past the coolers near the back of the store a couple of cans of Dr Pepper fell off the pile of soft drinks that runs along that side of the store. One of the cans opened and started spraying Dr Pepper on the floor. I picked both the cans up and put them back on the pile. The pile was so unsteady that others began to fall. I put them all in another part of the pile and moved to checkout. The surly young man--who appeared to be alone in the store--told me, "You know what? I'm going to charge you for that soda that fell." I objected, but he was having none of it. So, I left the things I wanted to buy on the counter and left the store. For identification purposes, this is a slight, dark-haired young man with a beard. His defining characteristic is that he wants to be anywhere but in that store and finds customers a nuisance. If this is the kind of service that Tom Thumb BPK is going to provide at night, they may as well just close. Let the bearded young man go do whatever it is he wants to do. Keep him out of customer service.
I've been a customer of this store for a long time. I was very happy to see it open after Irma. It was one of the first places that did. I've talked to the manager and the owner about other issues and they've always been courteous and friendly. It's a shame that because of one bad hire you've lost me as a customer.

EXTREAMLY RUDE MANAGER AND WOMAN BEHIND REGISTER. I will go out of my way to never return to this particular Tom Thumb again. I have no problem with Tom Thumb stores, but the employees at this location need to be replaced!! They feed off of each other and are completely unprofessional, I will be writing a letter to cooperate with details of my visit to this location. I normally dont write reviews, but in this particular case I firmly feel potential customers may want to choose another store for their needs.
