There is truly not enough I can say about Kate and Tolleywood Event Production. I reached out to Kate about 3 months before my wedding after there had been some staff turn over at my venue that had made me a little (a lot) bit nervous. Kate was on top of things from that moment on. We met within a few days, immediately easing all of my anxiety. Not only did she support my vision, but she added to it by suggesting options I would have never thought of on my own! I already had my vendors booked at this point, but Kate took over coordination with the vendors which I truly appreciated. Courtney joined up for rehearsal and had us run through the processional, ceremony and recessional about 900 times to make sure it was perfect! Day of, I did not even have a moment to worry because Kate and Courtney had everything covered before I could even think of something to stress about. My big day was flawless thanks to Tolleywood Event Production, and I could not recommend them more.

If you're looking for an event planner, look no further than the Tolley sisters. We couldn't have planned our wedding without the help of Kate. She is well networked with all the best vendors in the Buffalo area. Whatever we wanted - Kate knew where to go to make it happen and always tried to get the best price. Kate did a great job in executing our vision. She is extremely hardworking & kept us on track through the planning process. Her experience & expertise made sure no detail was forgotten. We were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day knowing that we were in good hands with Kate. Not only is Kate an amazing professional, but she is an even better person with the biggest heart. She does so much for the community and is a joy to be around.

We worked with Kate Tolley for the Day of Wedding Coordination and she truly has a magical touch! Her attention to detail, along with her warm, enthusiastic and fun personality, was the perfect combination for the October 2021 wedding. She immediately was able to grasp the bride and groom’s vision for their wedding and flawlessly executed each step making the day completely stress-free. Where do I even start Simply put as a type A do it your selfer that was a bit stubborn in the beginning, Kate made my our dream come true and quite literally forced me to be able to enjoy every second of the best day of my life. Looking back, our wedding day would not have been nearly as incredible or seamless as it was. She is FUN, encouraging, quickly became a shoulder to lean on and a fabulous executer. Any time I needed help or was feeling overwhelmed/stressed, Kate quite literally took the load off of my shoulders. Hire Tolleywood for all of your wedding needs. You won’t regret it for a second.

Kate was absolutely fantastic as a day of coordinator for my wedding on 5/20/22. She helped me prepare beforehand and was extremely valuable bringing her wealth of knowledge and expertise. Kate (and her Tolleywood Event Production team) was incredible! She put together the most amazing wedding day for our daughter.
The photographer, videographer, venue, flowers, signs, videos, cookies, cakes, candles, pictures, invitations, dresses, suits, limo, bubbles, programs, hair and makeup, and tons more of the special touches throughout the day- EVERYTHING! You name it and she made it possible and perfect for us! Best of all, because of her hard work, organization and planning, the entire process from start to end was stress free for our bride and family. I cannot recommend Tolleywood enough! I, being a control freak, hesitantly hired them to help plan and execute my baby shower. I was so wrong to worry- Kate and Courtney blew me away and were absolutely FANTASTIC! They helped plan the shower from day one, communicated and met with me several times before the party, helped with the set up the day before and really went above and beyond the day of! Courtney was my day-of planner and she was an absolute rockstar. We had unprecedented rain and had to move my outdoor event indoors with very short notice and she made it seem easy! She tended to all aspects of the event throughout the day and stayed several hours after to help with clean up. I literally did not have to lift a finger! I am a reformed control freak and would trust Kate and Courtney with any event! They are not only the utmost of professionals but also truly some of the most personable people I’ve ever met.
