Our group of Combat Veterans used this amazing getaway for a birthday Retreat. Not only were the hosts phenomenal but the group rooms, accommodations, and scenery were fantastic! Plenty of grilling space for cooking group meals, great areas to congregate around fire pits, and the best swimming whether it’s in the pond with the high dive or the swimming pool with the hot tub! We will absolutely be back! Couldn’t give enough stars!

Kathy was a great host! She went above and beyond!

Property is amazing! We were lucky to book the place when no one else did! We had the whole place to ourselves 😆😌.

Great for children or just to get away from the city! It's on private land and has its own private pond for fishing! Stocked back in 2009 with Largemouth Bass, Catfish, Crappie, and Panfish.

Has lots of different areas like gazebos amd fire pits. Has free access to kayaks and paddleboards. Male sure to wear a life vest for the children at all times!

Great for a couple, family, or groups of people! Has a pool and hot tub available for use. Along with goats, a donkey named Big Jim who loves to be petted, and chickens to interact with!

Quiet place and beautiful land.

Great nearby getaway! Kathy and her husband are amazing hosts, the property is amazing, new appliances, beds are so comfy ! Even at 70degrees outside the water in the pond wasn't so cold ! All the amenities you could need made available....great Summer get away for the whole family !!! Can't wait to rent again when the weather gets nicer to be able to swim more .....

Our family always has a great time. Between the pond, the animals and the amazing service you won’t ever be disappointed. Great place to have an event or a little family trip to the country to get away with the kids. The place truly has everything.

Fabulous venue equipped for all types of get togethers with full kitchens and plenty of seating area to accommodate large crowds. Several areas that are covered to get out of the Texas sun with fans for good circulation. There is a Stage for bands and karaoke with a big screen in the event center for streaming. Beautiful swimming pond with two paddle boats in addition to another swimming pool. Bring your floats for relaxing in the water. Also fishing! For the more daring there is a diving platform. Fun for the whole family! Friendly hosts and great accommodations. Themed rooms for rent for overnight stays and some camping options as well. These folks thought of everything! We will be back!

What a great place for a wedding. We didn't stay there but attended a wedding. Great place for a celebration, and I hope that I can return to stay someday. Love the farm feeling it had.
