Tie was awesome! Our cruise would not have nearly been as wonderful without her help. We booked relatively last minute on an almost sold out cruise, and she advocated for us and helped us get the rooms we needed, and the tours that we wanted. She knows cruises do well and is able to navigate behind the scenes directly with the cruise. She was also so very helpful explaining how things work on the cruise and getting us ready. She was always extremely responsive, no matter when I reached out. She was even calling me and giving me updates when she was on vacation. On top of all of that, she was an absolute pleasure to work with - so friendly and personable! I plan to use her again for our next vacation, and I’ve shared her information with close friends of mine as well. Don’t hesitate to call Tie! You won’t regret it!

Tie is absolutely AMAZING!!! From the time my boyfriend and I spoke with her she was so professional & patient!! She went through each detail of the trip and was extremely knowledgeable!!! I love how she was able to make great recommendations for our trip to Cancun Mexico!! We haven’t left yet but because of tie we know what to expect! We feel empowered!!! The agent was very professional and efficient. She made sure everything about our weekend getaway was perfect! Our trip was originally scheduled for May but due to COVID it was canceled. Every time I think about our honeymoon we booked with Tie’s Tours and Travel, I get chills - the good kind. Although my husband made all the arrangements with Tie’s Tours, I know it was phenomenal service because he asks very detailed questions and would not have booked otherwise. He said he was walked through step-by-step in the process and there were no issues.

We were booked at an exclusive resort at The Ochos Rios Jamaica resort and the ambience, service, aesthetics and excursions were amazing.

There were unlimited drinks in our room and all around the resort. We did not have one bad meal. There was so much entertainment at the resort that we really did not have to leave for any excursions. The night life was so amazing at the resort and we danced like everyone was watching :-). We met some very nice people that we keep in contact with to this day. The rooms were kept very clean and we could virtually ask for anything we wanted.

There were several areas around the beach and through the resort that was so peaceful and relaxing.

Tie’s Tours and Travel made sure our stay was phenomenal. I give them two thumbs up and five stars. We will definitely book them again. ~ Mrs. Angela Smith
