First off let me say the place was exceptionally clean. It smelled good and the bed was very comfortable. That said, that part of the motel we stayed in was tired. From the keys needed to open the doors to the decor, the place was worn. I would stay there again but if you want modern amenities this is not the place. If you want a clean, affordable place to rest after a day exploring the Cape, stay here. The pool hit the spot after a day in the ocean. The other guests made it feel like we were staying with family!

For the price, this place was great! Room is basic but well cleaned. I’ve been in 2/3 stars that have made me uncomfortable and this was not that at all! I wish the curtain could black out, but that’s the only real miss. Maybe busy road too but that made it convenient too. Pool was really nice! Worth a stay for a quick trip, for sure! Good restaurants nearby.

WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

OWNERS PLEASE educate your restaurant staff about this law:
Massachusetts has state and federal laws that
protect the rights of people with disabilities
who use service animals. The Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses that
serve the public, including restaurants, to allow
service animals in all areas that are open to the
public, including indoor dining rooms. This
includes restaurants with policies that prohibit pets.

We were not aloud to eat breakfast on Thursday at the restaurant in this hotel (you lost our business for 4 breakfasts) because of our service dog. When I mentioned this to reception they asked me why I have a service dog . ...

Staff grumpy..not friendly at all. Seems like they are angry they have to work there. No hello or nothing.

Management does not adhere to policies posted. Family with kids upstairs above our room. Kids running from time they arrived at 5pm to 11 pm. Called front desk to ask them to not have kids run, maybe to walk instead . Nothing was done. We endured our shaking ceiling until 11pm last night despite notices posted everywhere that if your kids run you will be told to leave.

Around 7pm we just had enough and asked for a refund of our last night and we were ready to go home but reception told us that the people above would have to leave. Yeah right... I think they stopped stomping after 11:30pm.

On our second day we asked for extra towels (hotel does not do daily housekeeping) none were delivered. We saw a cart on our third day in hallway and helped ourselves.

We are not grumpy people who leave bad reviews all the time but this was not an enjoyable stay for us.

The room was clean, and comfort was ok. It is noisy. You can hear more than one tv. Bathroom clean but old. For the price you can expect more. No breakfast, just an expensive breakfast diner. $8.5 for 1 coffee and 1 tea, not even tall.

I have a severe gluten allergy, so we packed three days worth of food. Not only was the fridge in the room tiny, it was also not keeping the first two shelves cool. We did not realize until the next day, when are food was warm (not even room temperature). We talked to the person at the front desk, and they said they would have the manager call us. We never got a call, and had to go back to ask again, where they told us that the maintenance man had looked at it and said it was working. Magically when we got back to the room it was fixed. That didn’t matter though, because our $40 worth of food was spoiled. We asked for the manager again, and were told they would give us a call. They never did. Not only did we have a terrible experience with the management, but the room was also dirty and moldy. By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

I guess I was expecting something better based on the reviews that I had read. My experience was an unfriendly front desk person that showed no interest or concern about us as people. The literature said there was a restaurant, but when I got there, it had been closed and not open until the day I left. it did have a pool which looked OK. The rooms were dingy and need a pay job. The bed was good, but the views were poor.. the hotel looks better in pictures than in reality. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that they took $200 deposit for a two day stay

The room was nothing like the pictures on the internet. The room itself was dingy at best. Air conditioning intake was covered in dust and dirt. They stress family owned. However, I do not think the family would even stay here. I spent over 3000 nights in hotel rooms over the course of 25 years of work travel. This is not the worst I have stayed in. However, it made the top 2.

Been here many times without any problems. But this time place has become very run down, 2nd floor decks are old and wobbly, Only 1 ice maker working on premises. Filters in AC’s were black!!! Rooms smelled like must. Pool is the best!!! Time for an upgrade!
