Our experience with Tide the Knot was phenomenal. They helped us put our vision into a day we will never forget. From our first phone call consultation, the TTK team went above and beyond on everything we wanted to have and do on our special day. TTK took a lot of the stress off of my shoulders with the entire planning process. I really appreciate the constant communication their team had with me from the time we first met to our wedding day. Two weeks prior to our wedding day, Lisa and I talked on the phone about the possibility of rain happening. She told me that I needed to keep an open mind and be adventurous if rain does happen on our wedding day. Luckily, the entire day was VERY HOT, but 30 minutes before the ceremony, it sprinkled for about 10 minutes, and was all gone!

We are very grateful for the coordination, communication, and planning that went into our wedding day. We cannot say enough about the TTK team and everything they did for us. We recommend them to anyone wanting to get married in the St. Pete/ Pass-A-Grille area. They will make your wedding day dreams become a reality!

Our experience with Tide the Knot could not have been better, and that is not an exaggeration. From the moment of first contact to the execution of the event, everyone at Tide the Knot went above and beyond for my wife and I and they made our dream wedding come true.

We had been planning this wedding for about a year and everything was in place for our event on October 18, 2024. Queue hurricane Helene which devastated Florida's beaches in late September and uprooted so many families and businesses, TTK included. Living in SC, we relied on them heavily to make assessments and relay information so that we could make the best decisions for ourselves and our guests. We changed dates to November 23rd which was a blessing considering a second storm, Hurricane Milton, made landfall on October 9th bringing further destruction to the Florida coastline.

We pivoted to then host the wedding at the same venue as our reception. Fast forward to the beginning of November and beaches started opening up for public events once again. Tide the Knot, after confirming with us, quickly secured a permit for Passe-A-Grille beach in St. Pete. They essentially planned this wedding at 3 different locations and I'm confident that we would have had the most special day at any of them thanks to the absolute rockstar attitudes and initiatives of everyone at Tide the Knot.

We truly had the most special wedding day. The setting and event that they custom crafted for us was absolutely perfect. My wife and I were blown away by the level of professionalism and quality of everything from the flowers to the photographer and all of the little touches that made the ceremony so memorable not just for us but for every single guest in attendance.

If you are considering a Florida beach wedding, there is no other company that deserves your trust in making such a beautiful special day your own that you will remember forever. Tide the Knot makes dreams come true.

I am so unbelievably happy with Tide The Knot! We all went through it with the hurricanes. They were amazing at keeping us updated and helping us reschedule. This was a destination wedding for us and believe me when I say they can be trusted. When I walked over the bridge on Pass a grille beach I almost lost it. It was more than I could have ever asked for. It took my breath away! I will forever remember how beautiful it was. The whole team is so caring, genuine, and passionate about what they do. We couldn’t have been more pleased with choosing TTK as our wedding planners. They made sure every detail was taken care of for us without having to worry about a thing. I know it’s supposed to be one of the most stressful times in a couples lives, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was a stress free time for everyone.

They were unfortunately hit with two hurricanes leading up to our big day which left horrible devastation to their town and most parts of Florida. Lisa reassured us that we would still have the wedding of our dreams and she gave us multiple options going forward. The ladies at TTK still made us their number one priority even though they were dealing with so much. We are truly grateful and will be forever thankful for them for making our day so beautiful and special. From the moment we found Tide the Knot, it was obvious they were the right choice for our wedding. They took the time during our initial introductory call to answer all of our questions and never once made us feel like we were asking too much. Their website was so well done and had all of the information we needed to help make decisions - pricing was also very transparent and easy to understand.

They were always quick to respond whenever we had questions, and happy to meet with us in person or over a phone call to put our minds at ease.

We found out a couple of days before our wedding that the city had double booked our beach spot. Sue and Lisa immediately sprung into action, making sure the problem was solved without issue, and checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were doing okay. They truly do care about the couples they work with and they understand that the days and weeks leading up to a wedding are often very stressful.

They had a team of 5 or 6 people (including the officiant and photographer) on site the day of our wedding to ensure everything was perfect. It was on a very hot day in September, and they were all so professional and focused on making sure we had the best day.

We got to experience a Florida downpour in the middle of getting our photos taken. Our photographer and Sue adapted quickly. What could have been a stressful moment turned into some of the best pictures of the day, and we even got the perfect shot with a rainbow behind us.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tide the Knot to anyone considering a wedding in the St. Pete area, they are total pros!
