The JMD Angels Foundation used Ticket Falcon to set up our ticket sales for our Awards Gala. As a first time user, I found the set up for our event to be seamless. The reports feature and dashboard were very user friendly. The FAQs guided me whenever I had a question. When I needed a more specific answer, the Contact Us feature was amazing. One of the founders answered me directly and was quite professional. I am thoroughly impressed with Ticket Falcon. It appears as though this event management system considered everything from A to Z. Bravo to the founders and the entire staff. Job well done! Keep up the great work!

I always have an amazing experience utilizing Ticket Falcon. As the co-owner of The House Chi - Chicago’s Premiere Live Music Showcase, I have to say Ticket Falcon is like no other. Everything is customizable and user friendly. It’s easy to navigate and easily setup per my needs (ticket sales, data capture, etc.). The amount of control I have as the user is A1 as I can make changes per each event or if anything arises without having to go through another party. If I have to reach out to Ticket Falcon, they have great customer service. Any questions, concerns, or inquiries I’ve ever had are met with respect and more importantly, suggestions and solutions. Don’t want to make this too long, but simply put I highly recommend anyone who has an event - big or small, consider using Ticket Falcon. It’s truly like no other. Also, their fees aren’t astronomical which is a plus for our patrons and I’m sure you’d benefit as well.
