UPDATE: After much back and forth, and help from the management of this restaurant, we did finally receive reimbursement for the unfulfilled order. This turned out to be a big issue with Door Dash, NOT Butcher n Barbecue. BnB actually was very sympathetic and worked to help resolve the issue.
I'd say everything you read below in the original review can be attributed to DoorDash ripping us off. I'm leaving my original review for context, but to be completely clear, Three Oaks was really helpful in the dispute investigation, even though I learned in the process that they were completely uninvolved in the original charges and issue. DoorDash was the culprit here, so be aware of their fake mirrored menus and unapologetic stance toward ripping off their customers.

Seems that this is the ownership group of Butcher & Barbecue. They took my money, didn't fulfill the order, and won't respond to calls to clear the charge off my card.
I written a review of their restaurant, which they haven't responded to. However, others have written since, and they respond to those. I guess they just like the good reviews. Especially the ones from Ethan R. (Ethan Rodriquez, Ethan Rod, etc.), who just can't stop posting positive things.
It was bad enough that they simply left our group of 20 hanging. No food, no contact telling us they couldn't fulfill the large catering order. Not even an apology to the person who tried to pick it up. Now I have to waste my time dealing with the bank, trying to clear this completely bogus charge.
Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star to be able to post this. Zero stars is by far more appropriate.
