I love this venue, and everything they have done so far since opening. It's a photographers dream and the staff is very on board with couples visions, they are so professional, available, and know how to make your wedding dreams come true. The wedding guests seemed to love the venue as well and there are so many hidden spots to take beautiful wedding photos at. We’ve photographed here a handful of times and every time, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that not only the couple is taken care of but the vendors too! Not to mention that this place is a photographer’s DREAM with its spacious and bright getting ready rooms, the gorgeous desert, amazing ceremony / reception place. Where to even begin! From the moment we toured The Willow we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding. We were looking for a venue that all of our out of state guests could feel immersed in the natural Arizona landscape. We loved that we had multiple options for the ceremony site, cocktail hour etc. With the whole venue being yours for the day you will have free roam over where you would like each event to take place. We chose The Saguaro (desert space) for the ceremony, The Garden (lawn area) for cocktail hour, and The Acero (barn structure) for the reception. We also loved that this venue was a blank canvas to make your own which we did with the help of our many wonderful vendors.

But let me tell you that nothing would have been possible without the help of our Willow provided Event Director Andi. Every question, wonder, and worry that came up over the year of wedding planning and on the day of Andi was there to find answers and put my mind at ease. Whatever she is being paid isn't enough, she is seriously worth her weight in gold to do all that she does day in and day out making it look so easy with a smile on her face! The rest of the team at The Willow who helped our day run smoothly and without a hitch were friendly and professional and we can't thank you all enough. We are so glad we put our trust in you, our expectations were exceeded!

We had our wedding here in April 2022. We picked the all inclusive package and it was such a time saver. We did customize it a bit which I appreciated. My own wedding was the first one I had ever been apart of planning so I had no idea where to start but our coordinator Andi was AMAZING! Her great spirit and energy just helped ease my nerves. I could contact her for any small question or concern I had. I was able to meet the owner the day before our wedding and he really put my nerves at ease. We knew we were in good hands.
I brought my own decor and had a slight idea of what I wanted but I gave Andi full creativity over placement and the team was able to execute a beautiful design. I absolutely love The Willow. I wouldn't mind having all my major milestones here..baby shower anyone

Our friends got married at The Willow Wedding & Event Venue and it was an absolutely beautiful setting for their special day. The venue is stunning, with a desert and mountain view and a beautiful Arizona sunset that made for the perfect backdrop for their ceremony. As the night went on, the ambiance was magical, the starry night sky shining bright. The staff were all incredibly helpful and made sure the wedding went smoothly. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience and I highly recommend The Willow Wedding & Event Venue for any special occasion.

I just want to start by saying our wedding day was absolutely amazing. We were traditional in the sense that we did not do a first look- so we had several photos to take after the ceremony. Thanks to our angel of a coordinator, Audri Laney, we were good on time the entire night. She worked hand in hand with the amazing team we had, including our amazing photographer (IG @ abbyhiggsphotography), amazing videographer (IG @ alexc.films) and our awesome DJ. Audri’s organization and communication with everyone involved was the reason our wedding day went as smoothly as possible. She was patient, thorough, kind, and just amazing. I am not a big planner, & I was dreading planning this wedding. Audri was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Once we met her for our final walkthrough that lasted about 2.5 hours, we knew we were in amazing hands. She eased our anxiety then and again at rehearsal and on wedding day. She is exceptional. Seriously- if you are stuck between two or three venues, she is the tie breaker. On top of that, the views at the Willow are stunning from every single angle. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we knew it is entirely because of all the amazing help we had through the Willow, especially Audri, our vendors, and our friends and family. Had our wedding there in April & couldn’t have been happier! The venue is absolutely gorgeous! We received so many compliments from guests about how great the venue was. The Willow team was so kind, responsive, & helped make the day go smoothly! When there was a small hiccup with a preferred vendor they stepped up to the plate & made sure the problem was fixed! 10/10 recommend having your wedding here!

As a florist, we absolutely loved working with The Willow! Their venue is absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. The staff was very prompt and helpful and we knew they'd be able to help us with whatever we needed. We had the pleasure of working closely with Andi and between her very detailed timeline and her can-do attitude, we knew the wedding would go off without a hitch! We hope to keep coming back again and again.
