Rooms are great, spacious walk in shower, plush towels, USB plugs everywhere. The mattress was very comfortable and the linens are smooth & quality. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the pillows were terrible. You get 2 per person for a king but they aren't very full and crush down immediately. It's a personal preference but it made for a lot of tossing & turning for us side sleepers. The hotel has beautiful grounds & valet parking was great. The rooftop bar has great ambience too. We had dinner in the downstairs restaurant & enjoyed a great meal. Nice place to stay overall but if you like fluffy pillows that support, bring your own.

The Westin in Chattanooga is by far one of my favorite Marriott properties. Great staff and service-Sunny M in the front office is amazing and always makes me feel welcome. The rooms are lovely and still cleaned daily! This hotel cares about the small touches and special things like having a eucalyptus mist spray in the shower and nice robes and slippers. The beds, linens and pillows are excellent. Full restaurant or marketplace to grab breakfast. Staying here makes a business trip feel a bit more like a vacation.

My complements to the entire team at this hotel. It was not just Sunny (who is mentioned often in these reviews), but every member of the front desk staff, who were welcoming and engaging, and interacted with me like a valued customer and not just a person to be processed through. The common spaces here are lovely - and the Marketplace cafe makes great espresso based drinks (as good as any we have found in Chattanooga). We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby - and again had great interactions with the staff there. Even the architecture of the hotel is noteworthy. It is a square built with extra length at each corner - giving it twice as many corner rooms, and allowing the large support columns to run internally, not right at the corner. This makes the corner rooms fabulous, with lots of light and windows and views. And the elevators run at the center, all facing out into the atrium with glass walls. The rooms are clean, and the beds comfortable. This is a special Westin, and worth visiting. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

The front desk agents, Sam and Ray, were so professional and helpful! I was given a fantastic room and they recognized that I travel a lot; so they ensured that I was comfortable during my stay and treated me with the highest respect.

My husband and I stayed at the Westin and couldn’t have had a better time! Everything about this hotel was exceptional! Especially the front desk clerk, Sunny, that checked us in. He was so professional, helpful and courteous. He helped make our trip extra special. We look forward to returning soon!
The beds and pillows are absolutely phenomenal too!

Hotel is clean, restaurant is wonderful and ambience is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel 6 or 7 different trips and every time it has been lovely. Our kids love it here too.management seems to be doing a great job. We love taking walks around the outside of the hotel and the nearby neighborhood. We have been visiting for 5 years now and when in Chattanooga we always choose to stay here.

This was a nice stay overall. Our second floor room was clean, towels were of high quality and the bed was comfortable. The only bit of advice I would offer is to avoid the second floor if you like a quiet stay. Our four-night stay consistently had a lot of party sounds from the first floor bar/lobby and also from the pool area (on the second floor).

Stayed here four times from mid-October to late November 2024, and each stay was excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and Sunny is a genuine treasure. Everything (reservations, check-in, valet) was handled smoothly and promptly each, and the staff is proactive and well-organized. Even when Marriott's system went down in early November, the staff used a whiteboard and word processing program to make sure all of the guests were still checked in. My Mariott status was always recognized, and we were even given an upgrade to one of the 10th-floor suites on our most recent visit. (We met Thomas Monroe, the Guest Relations Supervisor, on our third visit, and he is definitely on top of everything.) Each of the four rooms we had was comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel's amenities are probably the best of any hotel in Chattanooga. The rooftop tapas bar, Paloma, has great food and incredible views. Alimentari has solid Italian food, and the little market in the lobby is fast and well-stocked. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring downtown, and it is within walking distance of multiple great dinner options. In terms of price, comfort, location, and service, I now think the Westin is the best hotel in Chattanooga.
