Overall lovely old hotel that has great historical charm. Very clean except for the carpet in our room. Fun giftshop. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Glad they have moved away from the over-stuffed pillow trend. The music on the rooftop bar was geared toward the young staff, not the actual customers. Hip hop and starlight not a good mix. The broken elevator someone else mentioned is still broken, and, I agree, barn doors for bathrooms is a poor design choice.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect and the service was EXCELLENT! Our room had great views and was very cute and quirky.

My only complaint would be the bathroom: •The shower only had half glass so even though the drain went across the entire side, it was easy for water to get out.
•The water pressure would go out after 5-10 minutes and quickly get cold.
•The bathroom door was a sliding barn door that left a gap even when it was in the “shut” position, which didn’t allow for much privacy.

All that being said, I understand this building is over 100 years old, so the bathroom issues are not that big of a deal, and we still had a great stay!

I just got back from here on a short getaway by myself. I decided to take advantage of all the amenities the hotel had to offer, and I was pleased with everything.
-Hotel room itself was clean and had a good view. The bed was super comfy as well!
-The Avenue. Great food and wonderfully kind staff. I went to brunch two days in a row and Dree was so sweet to me and all around her!
- Rooftop Bar. A wonderful view of the town and live music.
-Aqua.. a recently added boutique and was very cute. Saleslady was so personable.

Great access to the park and across from Bathhouse Row.

Only downside is if you don’t want to walk two blocks you will have to do valet for $30 a night. The guys were great though!

We really enjoyed the hotel. Easy check-in and check-out! The older building gives a great flair to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again. The connected restaurants are struggling with their service.

Overall, it is a charming hotel right in the middle of everything. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. We went as a family of 4 for a week, and here are some things it could improve.

1. The mini refrigerator in the room is impractical.
2. There's no fan in the restroom, which makes going #2 awkward.
3. There's no common eating area in the hotel, but there are some chairs behind the hotel.
4. There's no microwave in the room.
5. There's no free parking by the hotel. The free parking garage is about 2 blocks away.

My husband and I had such an amazing stay here at The Waters! It is in a great location right in the heart of downtown Hot Springs. You are in perfect walking distance of tons of restaurants, shops, museums, etc!

One thing that stood out the most to us was our valet service attendant, Ezra! He was always eager to help us in any way he could. We definitely plan on coming back!

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hot Springs NP. The lobby is small but still cozy. Front desk is super accommodating and do a follow-up check to make sure guests are comfortable.
The Rooftop drinks are nice, the service busy, but friendly. The sharing plates better than we expected. The view into the mountain behind the hotel or into the city and mountains beyond is lovely. Pretty much a 360° from various points of the rooftop.
We're looking forward to the next couple of days here!
