Located on the top floor of the republic centre this is the absolute highest and best location to have fine dining and see a full view of the downtown Chattanooga landscape. Luxury married with mouthwatering food at this social club. Highly recommend the ahi tuna. Great for event space rentals, large group gatherings <200. If you work in the area they also are a great location for lunch business mtgs with private rooms and a full lunch menu. Set up a date night, stop in for an appetizer and a cocktail before a concert, or come and plan to sit and stay a while breaking bread with those you love. Bon appetit

I’ve been visiting the Walden Club for years mainly during lunch as my office is located in the building. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal here. I do wished that they would bring back the buffet as it was always a hit. The restaurant has plentiful seating options to accommodate a business group for lunch and is also a great place to go for date night or even a night cap after a night downtown. I personally prefer the tavern room, but they each have something to offer. The fried chicken or steak salads are great and filling. You cant really go wrong with any choice, it just depend how much you can eat.

So I was lucky enough to go to the Walden club for a organization dinner for Rise up (an organization in Chattanooga that is mostly aimed to helping teach 12 to 23 year olds skills they may not learn elsewhere like how to apply for colleges how to write a resume) and so it's not a normal lunch because it was like a spread.. but I tried this glazed salmon that was so delicious it had a nice glaze had a nice side salad I tried this chicken that was pretty good the vegetables were really good.. but overall to me the main star of the show is the salmon but if you're not a fishy person the chicken was pretty good. I don't know about prices or anything since it was a dinner I went to I didn't have to pay but overall the environment was very lovely.

We love the Walden Club! It is about the only restaurant in town that we go to and the only one we go to regularly. They do a wonderful job with private parties at the facility as well. The staff is terrific, attentive but not overbearing. Whenever we have out of town guests we always bring them to The Walden Club. Acoustics are good so you can have conversations without it being so loud as some restaurants are. I love being able to order off menu from time to time, too. Can't say enough good things about The Walden Club!
