I worked personally with Lenora, the venue coordinator, from the very start she was kind enough to offer us to rent the studio as opposed to the big venue, because we were having a small gender reveal celebration for our daughter. As soon as she showed it to me, I knew it was the perfect place for our event. Lenora was very attentive and organized and made the planning experience a breeze. The event turned out beautifully, I would definitely
use them again in the future.

The venue, beautiful. The staff... Not so much. From not helping with the ceremony to having a boyfriend come join... It seems this venue needs better assistance with big events. I've been to many weddings & I guess that was the problem. They do not have staff that know what they're doing. I'm honestly normally nice & prefer doing good reviews BUT if you're looking to book a wedding here please hire a wedding coordinator. The staff does not know how to help with anything... to the point of the newlyweds getting charged extra for "messing up a floor" that was already scratched & other obvious things that should have been included with the regular price.

Also, this was not my wedding but I am disappointed with the staff at the venue. I referred the couple to this venue & am sad to see this was the outcome.

We hosted an event here yesterday with such an incredible experience. Not only was the venue unlike anything we had ever seen, the amount of natural sunlight allowed us to decorate, Creating such an elegant theme. From the projection capacity to sound and help from the staff, We had an over the top experience all in all. It was an experience that our guests will store in their memory bank for years to come!
