They held our package hostage for an extra $25, when we had already paid the shipping fee. We needed the box for a conference and they would not release it until we paid their ransom. They claim this is standard at "conference hotels" but it was a ripoff plain and simple. We should be refunded and this location should stop extorting customers. Read the other poor reviews here and you'll see that this is a regular practice at this location.

I see I have received a boilerplate reply to my review using the exact same language they used when they replied to other similar complaints. I have emailed them as requested and will update this review if they ever reply to me. Since this is clearly a known issue to them I expect a swift resolution and will update this review if they decide to make this right.

Yet another update: I replied to the boilerplate response within minutes. Nearly a month later, they replied to me and clearly had not read the original complaint. There is no interest in following up with customer complaints.

This location stole $25 from a small nonprofit that had already paid in full and they never made it right despite multiple opportunities.

The staff here are wonderful! Literally every staff member at this location is so nice I'm like friends with them all at this point because I constantly have to take Amazon returns into them lolol the only name I can remember at the moment is Colleen (she's amazing and so sweet) but there's also like 2-3 other employees that I see there regularly and every single one of them is always so kind and helpful, like more than what's required. they all go above and beyond simply providing good customer service. they're all so personable it's so nice :))

Cindy the Store Manager at this property is truly incredible! She genuinely cares about the work she does and strives to help every single customer that walks through the door the best that she can! Mac and Jessie are also great to work with!

Worse experience ever. We wanted to notarize some documents and Cassandra Michelle Colunga refused to notarize it saying that she will be in trouble for doing so! I wonder what kind of trouble she would have been in?! we went to another ups store and the guy there did notarize the same document in few minutes.

The notary was very knowledgeable!!! My notary at my bank was terrible. They were brand new and didn't do it right, causing me to go find a notary again.

It's a tiny space but gets the job done when it comes to shipping. Place is tidy and the staff are lovely— Colleen (I think) was a delight to work with and made the drop-off experience seamless.

The UPS store did a fantastic job in shipping my oversized mattress. They were careful in picking it up and checked with me for the type of mattress to determine the best kind of box to protect it. When it arrived the freight shipper commented that they had never seen a mattress packaged so well. THANK YOU UPS STORE!
