we had a great time seeing DANIEL the plan in Penn. We had some hiccup on out tour but the tour guide made transitions painless. I would use this company again but not such a long drive. The bus wav very uncomfortable. The seats were narrow and no leg room. Not a luxury ride, like school but ride. Should retire that bus

Just returned from a trip to Atlantic City with the Travel Group. Needless to say that it was the worst experience in all of my years of traveling. First we were not informed that we would be sharing a bus with others not in our group (19 people) which turned out to be 24 people. This information was not given to us until one week before the trip. Our group was the first pick up and upon boarding there was an very unpleasant odor which we unfortunately had to endure both going and returning 2 days later. The rest stops didn’t offer much to choose from. Upon arriving in Atlantic City I personally asked the driver if he would try to find a rest area with more to offer. Needless to say this stop was worse than the first only four choices and two closed after serving 3 to 4 customers after running out of food. We only had 45 minutes which was not enough time to get food and use the restroom (4 bus loads). Our group was never informed that the hotel did not provide cots in the rooms even though there were 3 people in a room. Upon finding this out we were told that we would get extra pillows, blankets brought to the room but they never arrived. We were able to grab extra towels and washcloths off the cart in the hallway. There are more issues but I think the above gives a good idea of my overall experience. I for one will never go on a trip with this travel agency again!

The absolute worst trip I have ever taken. We arrive at the scheduled pick up stop to find both stops, Milford and Hamden, CT., combined that was fine we were still on time. As we make our way on the highway we are informed that we would be stopping for an extra pick up. Our trip was booked through Carrie Dansreau. Another woman, Kay tells us to all move to the left side of the bus as her people would take the right side seats. At this point I am maybe three rows from the back, we stop and make our pick up and move on. We stop for a 1 and a 1/2 hour lunch break at a very limited rest stop, DD, Burger king and Nathans. Then we are informed that the Joey Vincent show that we have scheduled is cancelled. We have dinner and get our rooms. The Bird in Hand lodging and restaurant was fine, but pretty disappointed that there is no show. Reserved seats up front for the show "David" didn't happen either, as advertised. The show was outstanding and worth the trip. Next is the Hershey chocolate world which I was looking forward to, that is also cancelled with no reason given. The guided farmland tour was an absolute joke, the guide gets on and for a half hour we drive a circle to see where he grew up!? We literally covered a half mile of farmland. At some point I mentioned moving my seat because you also can't see anything after the fifth row, the high headrests block any view. Kay told me no you won't, you have assigned seats. I have been on quite a few bus trips and was never had to be assigned a seat. We stop at a pretzel/ gift shop and are told you have forty minutes. Being last on the bus meant it took us another 10 minutes to de-board. Needless to say I had time to use the rest room only. The best part is Kay decides instead of Hershey's we would go to the casino. No vote, none of us wanted to go to the casino, we have two at home! The chalk talk was nice and the dinner at a (NOT) Amish home, as was implied, was delicious. Oh, if that wasn't enough we are told to meet in a designated area for morning pick up as we leave for the hotel. The next morning my sister in law and I are waiting there, but no bus or passengers. We start thinking we must be in the wrong spot and start to walk around the compound. Minutes pass and no bus, we don't even have either guides contact info. Finally the bus pulls in the lot, they had changed the pick up spot, never contacted us and left without us! The woman seated in front of us told them to go back. From that point on we were the black sheep of the bus for making them wait. When I voiced that we were exactly where we were supposes to be it somehow became our fault. I had to save up for this trip and could have put my money towards a much more friendly and fun experience. There is no excuse for being treated poorly especially when I paid my money like everyone else. I could of stayed home and blown 600.00 on something worthwhile.

I recently went to Atlantic City with the Travel Group. I had a fantastic time. We got to see 2 shows. The first show was Rosie Porter from Easthampton MA. she did a fantastic job. The 2nd night we saw a ABBA tribute what a fantastic show. You would have thought you were seeing the original Band. The whole 3 days were such a great time. I can not wait to do another trip with the Travel Group
