From start to finish, working with Longwood and having our wedding at The Tower was a dream experience. Alicia did our initial tour and worked with us on booking, and we were blown away by how thoughtful and kind she was, as well as how knowledgeable and communicative she was about all the many details of booking a wedding venue! The Tower was our dream location - basically a castle in the middle of Boston! The inside is just as incredible, and we were so in love with the vibe that we barely had to do any additional decorations. We worked with Angela as our event specialist, who essentially kept me sane throughout the entire planning process and helped us so much in thinking through all the million decisions neither of us even realized we had to make.

We got married and had our reception on the 4th floor library, and had our cocktail hour on the 1st floor lounge, both absolutely gorgeous locations that we and our guests loved! Despite all the moving around, the day went incredibly smoothly. Angela, our attendant Nicole, and all of the Longwood staff were so nice and attentive to us and to our guests; it really allowed us to soak in our wedding day without worrying about everything coming together at the end. The food and the drinks were genuinely great, way better than we expected for wedding food, and we had guests say the same thing to us throughout the night. The Tower has a very special place in our hearts and we are so incredibly happy that we got married there!

Our guests absolutely loved the venue! Many were amazed by its beauty. The vibe created an enchanting backdrop for both the ​cocktail​hour and the reception, totally exceeding our expectations.

Equally notable was the exceptional culinary experience. The talented team at The Tower expertly catered to our event, ​from the hors d'oeuvres​ at cocktail hour to the delectable meal for 70 guests. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors were out of this world. We have received endless compliments from our guests on the delightful cuisine, which undoubtedly elevated the overall experience.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Angela, who guided us every step of the way.​ She was highly communicative and always ready to answer our questions, making the process much less stressful for us. Her unwavering support and expertise ensured that every detail was meticulously planned and executed flawlessly. Angela's keen eye for detail and her genuine thoughtfulness helped us achieve our desired aesthetic for our night, making everything feel personalized. She is deeply committed to the success of each couple she works with.

We are incredibly thankful to The Tower for providing the perfect venue for our wedding celebration. I wholeheartedly recommend this outstanding location to anyone seeking a breathtaking setting for their special day. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality—we will cherish this day for a lifetime.

Nice tile work on the floors and in the elevator?!
I can't remember seeing an elevator with mosaic style tiling inside. There is also awesome mosaic style indicators in the floors in front of the elevator as you step out which never leaves you guessing which floor you are on.
Incredible fireplaces. Beautiful built in bar. Amazing architecture all around.

Recently hosted my wedding at The Tower and it was an absolutely amazing experience from the beginning to the end.

Everyone went to great lengths to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable wedding. There are lots of great options to choose from and they worked with us closely to customize everything to our liking.

The building itself is gorgeous. Many of our guests brought up how nice a venue it was. And the multiple floors facilitated a good setup for our wedding (we used all 4 floors throughout the evening).

I feel enormous gratitude to the entire team for making our wedding one of the happiest days of my life. Special shoutout to Erika for her great assistance in planning and executing the event. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I just hosted my wedding here in September 2024 and it was INCREDIBLE! The staff - Especially Erika and Mackenzie were a dream to work with and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. The in house catering and gorgeous space were such a plus. My guests loved the unique features right at the heart of the city!

Please do not contact Kathleen or this establishment in regards to planning an event here. I have never been treated so disrespectfully on the phone for inquiring about a gig. I called Kathleen today in regards to a gig and I had no idea that it was in the past. I told her about my background and that she could keep my name on file and she laughed and said, “No, I’m good, thanks,” and hung up immediately. I’m fine with being told no but, her attitude and her condescending tone is what annoyed me. She lacks sensitivity training. If you’re smart, don’t plan anything with this establishment.
